They did not panhandling me nor the patrons at the car wash cleaning cars. I knew how to operate the digital coin operation and the instructions were straight-forward. We always drive by this car wash and refer to it as the "disco car wash" for it's flashing lights. We finally had the chance to come by for a touchless car wash, and it did not disappoint. The car wash is separated into two parts: a manual do-it-yourself car wash area for $3 a wash, and a drive through disco car wash starting at $10 for an express wash. We went with the express wash and left feeling cleansed and refreshed as one should when they bring a dirty car through a car wash. LOVE that they are open 24 hours. I'm a big supporter of running errands during odd hours to avoid crowds (if you couldn't tell, I am also a parent lol), and should anything happen while you are at the car wash, they have a 24 hour phone number you can call to leave a voicemail or text so they can help you at any time. I just left this car wash and did not get what I paid for I selected the $14 option ceramic ultimate wash and as I can see from my receipt that you have to download that is fact what I paid for but when the Automated machine was quoting the service I purchased it stated I purchased a deluxe wash, at the time  I wasn't sure if I selected the wrong option since you don't immediately get your receipt you have to download it, so now that I have confirmed I selected and paid $14 so I got ripped off I got the deluxe car wash a cheaper service but paid for $14 ceramic Ultimate Wash price. read more

This place has been here for years...a little run down BUT with an addition of a self-automated drive thru thingie....not sure how much that was but $2.50 for basic high pressured spray down of your car...i would add additional $1.00 for more time and work fast! LOL Does its job...they accept credit cards which is nice but seems a little questionable so i'll stick with old school currency of quarters and dollars to feed the machine. I have been coming to this car wash for years. I drove for rideshare in the past, so this location was really convenient for me since it has a drive-through automated system. I especially prefer to wash my car here since it has a touchless system that can't damage the paint. If you get the upgraded wash, it gives you a wax with a spot-free rinse. Last night, the machine had a glitch, where the wash cycle did not complete, which was the first time this has ever happened for me, and I come here often, so it was a surprise to me. It was after hours, so I didn't think I would be able to let the business owner know what happened, but then I noticed a phone number posted and decided to call. I left a msg but noticed that the number accepted txt messages. I texted a couple of photos for proof and asked for them to take care of me. The next morning, the business owner contacted me back and verified my purchase, and sent me a full refund! Kudos to the business owner for taking care of his customers in a timely manner. I was in the area so thought I'd try out this car wash. My car was very dusty and the wash seemed to get it off pretty good, until I ran a towel over it to dry - there was visible dirt residue on it. More importantly, I could swear I selected the $8 wash (no receipt was produced) but got home tonight and happened to be on my banking app and saw I was charged $10. Not cool. Nothing like getting out and washing your own car, living in an apartment makes it hard but places like this make it possible. This location gives you the option to erither hand wash your car or drive thru the wash, which ever works better for you. They also have vacuums for the inside of your car (sometimes they aren't working) read more

Hands down probably the best touchless car wash drive through in Hayward. It's cheap and the machine definitely takes it time, so you know it's good work. I always go with the $12 wash full under and over wash, multiple soap rinse. Highly recommend for new or old cars. I keep my car brush free from scratches and would highly recommend touch less for all vehicles. 5/5. Don't let the reviews fool you. There's always a line so you know it's good. I used the drive thru wash on 3/13/15 and it cracked my windshield! At the beginning of the wash something hit the top of my vehicle and it made a loud crack sound. After all the soap is rinsed off, I see a 10 inch crack on the center top of my windshield. There was a number listed on a sign and I have called it numerous times, but no one answers and the voicemail is full. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! read more

4/4/17 Car Wash Drive Through First time here and honestly I expected a bit more. I understand that it is a drive through car wash and it's never the same as a hand-wash... BUT it still should do some cleaning. Overall I decided to go with the $10 purchase that includes everything from the spot cleaning, to the prtectant to the drying. Although my car looks clean from a far, whwn you get a close up you can still see the dirt on it. $10 is a lot to pay for my car to still be dirty. read more

Be careful with this station/car wash. I have been there only once for a car wash back in 2017 which wasn't well done which is why I never returned to wash my car there but since then I recently realized that they have charged my car on 4 different occasion for car wash service that i never went for!! I went this morning 12/6/2018 at 5am to put gas and they charged me $7 from the car wash.(which isn't open at that time) All together they have charged more than $40 from other charges. And it's happen on multiple cards that I have used there!! Over priced gas station as well. Gas prices are going down and their prices seem to be going up. read more

$10 is a good deal for a decent external car wash. It is no touch so is great if the vehicle doesn't need some pre-cleaning. The drying could do a better job. You will have to do your own detailing and interior cleaning. If the line isn't too long the wash takes only six minutes. read more

I don't look forward to giving business's bad reviews. That being said stay away from the drive through car wash. I could have did a better job pulling my vehicle on my lawn this morning, spraying it with my garden hose and driving away. No soap comes out of the machine and the dryer only gives you a few seconds to drive though it. So you drive away with a wet dirty vehicle instead of just a dirty one. I came and paid for the self car wash and it didn't work. I waited until cars started honking at me and a guy told me to call the number. I exited the car wash and went around to get the number to call and when I called I got sent to voicemail twice and the automated message stated another number then the one listed to call. I have came here many times before and I'm not sure why this happened but their customer service sucks. It states to call them immediately but no one answered or bothered to call me back!! I hope you read this so I can get my money back or a car wash because it sucks to have gotten my money take away and no one call me back or have anyone on site if these problems where to occur. read more

Love this place. its close to my house :) the maintenance person is almost always there cleaning up or checking to make sure everything is running good. They also have a drive thru wash that takes credit cards. read more

No offense or anything every time I go here there are always crack heads walking around the area and had my cleaning supplies stolen twice, I mean common what would I do? Some of them could be troublesome too, one time a guy who appears to be on drugs passed by my car with wood stick and scratch my paint! I've been going here for years but today the owner told me "no bucket washing". He didn't even bother to ask me why I was using a bucket. I told him that I needed the bucket and small brush to get in between my wheel spokes. He said "use the brush provided". Ummmm that brush ain't gonna fit between and behind my wheels. I went today for a quick car wash as my car was very dirty on the outside. I got the middle of the road service claiming a double high pressure wash. After spending my $8.00 and time there I need to wash my car myself. It did a fair job on the sides but the top and hood are still dirty and the bird poop is still there. No one there to complain to. Its a typical drive through car wash. Does the job, nothing special though. The vacums can be a little more powerful since I had to scrap it into the carpets for it to pick up the grass. The time seemed to go really fast I barely finished the front of the car before it ran out. Had to spend 2$ on the vacum and 10$ for the car wash. I love this self serve car wash though the car wash has been here since the sixties you would never know it, the new owners have replaced all the equipment vacuumns and put in new vending machines. They are also going to put in a new rollover car wash so you just drive thru and get your car washed Try it you'll love it read more
