The staff, Janira, Jessica, Kristina, and Priya were amazing. They made me feel very comfortable being it was my first time at this location. They were prompt in starting my paperwork and prepping me for my service. I had a great time joking around with them and they embraced it. I will be coming back to this location for future services. The quality of care they gave me was outstanding and I felt secure. I was in and out in less than an hour which I loved. Note: Plenty of parking in the rear of the location.

Similarly,my husband had an infection,pain and redness around his implant.A Maxillo facial surgeon advised us to have our dentist pull the implant out.However,Dr Tso said he would take care of it and refused to remove the implant.He prescribed and took the time needed for my husband's gums to heal.Dr Tso successfully treated my husband,whereas other dentists might have just pulled the implant out. The assistant dentist and Hala herself were both very friendly and honest. I didn't feel lied to or pressured to do anything I didn't want to do. With a thorough exam and cleaning I was surprised to hear that my teeth were in overall healthy condition with improvement in basic cleaning suggested. I have Cigna and it covered my cost after filling out my new patient paperwork and was entered to win a monthly prize, awesome! I was living in China so I use that as my excuse for not seeing a dentist . After moving back home I have found my preferred dentist! The area was relatively small with only about 3 seats for patients which I loved! Because you have more attention and then again I was the first patient of the day at 8:00am so that was nice!

Going to the dentist is never easy. However I found that going to this particular office to be very enjoyable. I had not been seen by a dentist is a few years due to my pregnancies. I was treated by Dr. Low and he was extremely thorough and gentle. He explained in detailed what procedures I needed and made me feel very comfortable. He kept asking how I was doing during the procedure and explained everything he was doing. He even called me personally that evening just to see how I was doing! The staff is really friendly too! Decided to finally go to the dentist after 2 years. Th voided the dentist for two years and was really anxious going in. The staff was so caring and understanding of my fear, and they made me feel safe from start to finish. I saw Dr. Kato recently for a wisdom tooth extraction that was causing me a lot of pain. I was extremely nervous but Dr. Kato explained everything throughly to me and was extremely gentle and quick during the extraction.
