Service is terrible! Manager just over talks you to make excuses. Been there twice. Service was awful both times.

Upscale coffee place. Really cute. Great to meet and greet, or just sit and work…read more Their soft music is not too loud so you can enjoy without getting distracted. Friendly staff. Good choices of food. They do have empanadas with egg in it for vegetarians - so if u r a vegan- avoid it. I got a decaf cappuccino. It was perfect. It comes without sugar so had to take all the pics before I messed up the design the guy took so painstakingly made on it... A lot of floating crowd was in and out while I was there. Its pretty popular called the Township Square Shopping Plaza. Its located in a strip mall with plenty of other stores around hence plenty of parking. Also, an interesting thing to note- most customers were women / girls Maybe because of the pink cups .... I don't know... its just something that made me curious... many were working, others -event planning, just sitting and enjoying a bfast, a mother daughter group, siblings .... I for one was definitely attracted to the pink cup and decided to visit again with my girl- friends....so....

But l didn't have the same positive experience like most people here- the lady who took my payment (my receipt said Alicia) was not friendly at all, not sure why. I walked in and said hi and I got no response for a hot minute. A smile and a kind reply doesn't take too much effort and goes a long way. The gentleman who picked up the phone probably the barista making the drinks was super kind and offered to start on my drink when I called it in even though he said they don't typically do that. Also I did not love the latte I got- it was similar to that of a Dutch bros coffee. Drinkable yes for sure but not a top choice for good quality beans and home made syrups that you can find elsewhere in the SL/Missouri city area.

They have…read morenumerous parking spots available, many tables with plentiful outlets, making this a very convenient and ideal study spot for me. There is plenty of natural light, which I look for when finding a cafe to study at. I also feel as if people don't really know about this place yet, making it a good spot to come here consistently to study. The bathrooms here are pretty clean as well. Anahid took our order and she was very helpful with explaining each drink and providing recommendations. We ended up trying a couple drinks from their New Orleans inspired coffee menu: the iced bananas foster and the iced southern wedding cake, both with sweet cold foam, as well as some beignets. My friend loved the bananas foster, the banana flavor really shines through but not in an overpowering way. And the sweet cold foam really elevates this drink to another level. The southern wedding cake contains a hint of vanilla and almond flavor. The flavor of this coffee is really unique. The almond gives it a light nutty flavor and the vanilla flavor blends nicely with the coffee. The beignets were topped with a generous amount of powdered sugar and were warm, light and airy, and flaky. They were a perfect mid study snack. I could definitely see myself coming back here for another study session.

I ordered the Bananas Foster and the Cafe Au Lait alongside my beignets. The Bananas Foster was delicious and my favorite drink, as the sweet banana flavor comes through very well, and it topped with a fluffy sweet cold foam that pairs perfectly with this drink! I also ordered the hot Cafe Au Lait sweetened with cane sugar syrup, and the strong espresso balances the sweet beignets for the classic New Orleans experience! The service was amazing, and my barista, Anahid, was so kind and helpful! She answered all of our questions and gave us recommendations as this was my first time here. The atmosphere inside this PJ's location was spacious, clean, and welcoming, with plenty of comfortable seating and outlets if you are looking for a great place to study and hang out! The music is not too loud here and there's plenty of natural sunlight and even parking lot space. I definitely look forward to my next visit here!

Coffee is coffee, why not just go to the coffee shop with less traffic? But people are habitual creatures I guess? I've been visiting Bean Here for years, before this establishment opened I drove to Sienna, and sometimes to Arcola at the larger lab. Coffee and lattes are decent. This location is in a bank, situated in a corner. Here is my honest opinion: It's expensive. For a green tea and croissant I paid $10. Sire the croissant was huge... but still. That was a lot of money for a quick breakfast of bread and tea. I told myself I would have to do something else next time. Came in today and got a blueberry muffin. $5.14 before tip. What?... why? Why is a blueberry muffin so much? Is it like... made of imported Willy Wonka sugars or something? That's just expensive. And I got the muffin because they didn't have a croissant. Seems like a limited menu. The blueberry muffin was ok... I didn't make the mistake of ordering a drink because I wanted to keep my tab low this morning. Service is meh. They weren't warm or friendly at all. When she saw me struggling with my selection she didn't even use that as an opportunity to sell another pastry. She described nothing if I didn't point and ask about it. She was quite dry. Just wanted to close me out and... stand there I guess, there were no other customers. Otherwise I like the coffee shop, and I would always choose it over Starbucks because I prefer to support small, local businesses not monopolies that monopolize. Wish the staff was warmer. Wish the food was a tad cheaper. But it's ok. I will be back once a quarter to support.
