Kevin expertly diagnosed the issues and did a great job getting it properly repaired. My insurance company was a bit difficult to deal with but Craft Collision dealt with it. Craft had to replace an entire quarter panel, bumper, trim, and other damaged parts, but you can't even tell that my vehicle was hit. The damaged area looks like new! Carrie and Natasha kept me informed every step of the process. They helped me dealing with my insurance company.
