Saw the owner's response to my complaint and please let me correct you on several matters! Firstly, I made several comments to your receptionist about the heat and also commented on the lack of bathroom. Never was I told there was one I could use. I called your receptionist back with the VIN# several minutes after making the initial appointment for 10:15. I was the middle man in this ordeal and after getting your price was asked to call the dealer for a quote. They did come back considerably less so I was told to just get the trim piece fixed. Know all the facts before you start making up responses. This whole deal was unfortunate but that does not give you an excuse to treat the customer poorly and then get your story wrong! read more

They said my car would be ready in a few hours. Called 4 hours later they said it would be ready in about an hour. 4:45PM I call again, no answer, turns out they decided to lock my car up overnight and close without telling me. I walked home. Next day I give them heads up I was coming to pick up the car. I show up, they say 5 minutes left to go, I wait 15 minutes and then the receptionist walks away and so do I, without my car, again. Hours later I get a call that it's finally ready. Thanks for all the wasted time and for never being honest with me. read more

I also didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of b/c I'm a woman, as most shops attempt to gouge my wallet b/c they think I won't know the difference. I'm new to Nashville so finding a car mechanic I can trust was very important to me and I found it here! Savannah at the front desk was so welcoming and friendly. I told them I was going to be making a long drive so after fixing my air conditioning, they also checked my fluids and filled up my tires with air for me so that I felt safe on my long drive. Everything was also very reasonably priced and I didn't feel taken advantage of at all; being someone who doesn't know much about cars. I'll definitely be returning here as long as I live in Nashville! read more

Very sad. Had original work done. No real issue until I noticed a blown hose. The hose was torn at the time of the work. Called and brought car back. Three hours and part was replaced BUT not correctly. Took it back again and waited 3 hours for correction of poor workman ship from 2nd visit related to tearing hose at 1st visit. Hose cost was about $57 with Mark up to $140. Fluid was 8$. Charge for second and third trip was $390!! I settled for cash at$200. REALLY! VERY POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS ON CORRECTING THEIR ERROR. I brought in a 50-year-old classic Volvo 1800 that I'd driven cross-country from California. I was having major problems with the cold-starting and idle in Nashville. Alex and his team, (including the very friendly and knowledgeable Savannah at the front desk), were some of the best mechanics I've ever dealt with. Thorough and....above all else....honest about what needed to be done (and what could wait). Alex also noted some shoddy materials from a previous mechanic that may have saved me major repairs at a later date. My car was coughing up fur balls, but now she's purring like a proper kitty cat. read more

Originally took my '03 Mercedes to the shop to remedy the malfunctioning top. They were able to get it working properly, so had them fix an oil leak and do some additional maintenance on the car. They were very thorough and the repairs have proven to be excellent. I would recommend the shop to anyone that wants quality work for a reasonable price. read more

I was a Damsel in Distress and took my 2008 Nissan Altima to this place on 10/11/18 because my car was missing and the check engine soon light was on. I was told by technician they would check it out and give me a call. Never received a call so I called and was told they knew what the problem was but had to order the part and the repair would be minimal. I was told I needed a coil, valve cover and 4 spark plugs and the car would be ready the following day. The following day (10/12/18) I had to call once again to see if my car was ready. It was and cost me $672 and some change which was more than I was initially quoted hmmmmm. When I pulled off the lot it was still missing. Called back and was told it just needed to reset itself. Needless to say the next day 10/13/18 the car was doing the exact same thing it was doing when I originally took it in. I had to have it towed back to shop and on top of that I had to rent a car for the weekend which cost even more money out of my pocket. The car was repaired once again on 10/15/18 at no additional charge (smile). I now have 2 new coils, 4 new spark plugs and a valve cover. Crossing my fingers it won't break down again. This was the worse experience I have ever had. I will NEVER EVER take my car here again!!!!!! read more
