The narration was informative, engaging, and easy to follow. We learned a great deal about New York City's architecture and history without it ever feeling overwhelming. It struck the perfect balance between being educational and enjoyable. The crew was friendly, welcoming, and attentive from start to finish. The tour includes one complimentary drink, with additional beverages available for purchase. Rather than having to keep going to the bar, the staff frequently came by our table to see if anyone wanted another drink or needed anything else, which made the experience feel relaxed and well cared for. The seating was comfortable, the facilities were clean, and the overall atmosphere was enjoyable from beginning to end. It was a perfect day for sailing (nice breeze, sunny but not hot, clear skies, and not choppy water). This is definitely an activity that I will come back for. Eric is incredibly knowledgeable about NYC's history and shares it all. His boat is gorgeously kept and is incredibly comfortable and modern with a traditional feel. More importantly you can tell he enjoys what he does, which makes it amazing for those sailing with him. It's also a very relaxing experience. We went out on the 4 hr tour and it went by so incredibly fast! If you have the time I definitely recommend doing the 4 hr as it's the perfect amount of time to enjoy the experience. However, if you don't have the time I very much encourage taking the shorter tour so you can experience a great time. A must-do in NYC!

I believe Groupon offered a cheaper price than what the business typically does so if you're trying to get an extra discount - look at Groupon and they're willing to price match. It also helps them as well since I think Groupon takes a fee from them. Nevertheless, this establishment was the first place to pop up and I have nothing but good things to say. My fiancée and I had an incredible experience. We did a walk-in with no reservation, and the young woman who greeted us at the front desk named Mia was very kind and respectful, got us in very quickly with no hassle and while waiting on a guide she asked some questions about our life and it made everything feel so much more personable. They also had a friendly dog but he usually stays in the other room if that's not your thing. Our guide Chahin met up with us after we watched the safety video and took us on our tour of beautiful NYC views, he was also a very friendly guy and talking to him felt like talking to a buddy or old buddy you're meeting up with again from like high school or something. If we were to have changed anything about the visit, we probably would've got the picture package (we're cheap but a picture explains the amount of fun over words can!) and we rode together and would likely take separate jet skis (but we did take turns half way through!). The experience was still a 10/10 and would be a must-do the next time we're near! Thanks again to the owner of the business, our guide Chahin, and Mia! I had an absolutely awful experience and strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a jet ski rental…read more Beyond the actual ride, it was a massive waste of time--they require you to arrive 30 minutes early to set up, yet my original 4:00 PM appointment was delayed until 5:15 PM because of broken jet skis, and then we were made to wait even longer for missing group members. Right from the start, I was dealing with Mia, who originally promised to give me free photos and videos to compensate for all the delays. ​When we finally got out, less than five minutes into the water, my jet ski completely stopped working. Because of the broken ski, I couldn't accelerate and was stuck in the back. Phil, the guide, was leading up front and flew right by without even noticing I had stopped. Sitting helpless in open water for that long was a major safety hazard, and I had to wait around 20 minutes in the water just for a jet ski swap. ​Before I left that day, I went to see Phil directly about the media Mia had promised, and he said he would send everything via WhatsApp as soon as he finished fixing the broken jet ski. He never did. When I called early the next morning and spoke with Mia and Corey (the owner), Corey gave me a phone number to call Phil directly. That number turned out to be completely non-working. I waited at their office until closing, called repeatedly, messaged on WhatsApp, and was ultimately ghosted. I never received my pictures, my videos, or the full rental time I paid for. Zero safety awareness, broken equipment, terrible organization, and non-existent customer service. Save your money and go somewhere else.

My daughter came home excited each day, proud of her new skills and friendships.

I was VERY nervous to come on board and LEARN with a 3 hour private lesson with a few friends, considering we had ZERO experience between us. Our instructor, Amber, was so cool. She was as eager to get to know us as we were eager to get to know her, and while she let everyone get their hands on the boat's functions, she never pushed expectations or made us feel small for being novices. She would have stayed out with us longer if she could, and we would have too! Also important to note, the team was SO HELPFUL with rescheduling. When our sail date threatened heavy wind & rain all morning, they graciously changed our lesson date, giving us the best experience possible. Couldn't ask for a better, more receptive or more inviting team to work with and learn from.

It's actually called the Conservatory Water, and during the season you can rent a boat to sail around the pond. I've done this a few times and it's kind of fun and relaxing. They are remote controlled and wind powered so if you come here on a breezy day you've got it made. Not cheap at $12 for 30 minutes but it's kind of therapeutic. The pond is pretty big so you can find your own spot to sail around and gather your thoughts.

All I know is that any season I enjoy this lake. It's right near Le Pain Quotidian. There's benches for relaxing. Lots of great sights nearby. I love to come here and highly recommend when you visit Central Park.
