We originally thought we would have 50 ppl. We ended with over 100, at an event being held in Felton. I worked with Jacky and she was a gem, helping me create a custom menu: fish, chicken, and vegetarian tacos; rice and beans; pico de gallo, red and green sauces; grilled chiles; tortillas; and two refreshing aqua fresca. All cooked on site and *delicious.* Jacky came to the event location to do a site inspection before the event, and worked with the hostess on the best location to set up. The execution was perfect. I don't know what happened but she was catering an event I was at and she was yelling at some of the people in line and then she ran out of food halfway through the event and the event coordinators tried to ask her if she could make more food and that they'd pay more but she just said nope and took off. Luckily a taco truck was also there and stepped up to fill the void. I honestly don't know what changed and I won't speculate about someone I don't know online but I did like the food there but after she made one of my coworkers cry and was verbally hostile to others, I wouldn't even return if she had a Michelin Star. This truck gets one extra star because I really did like the Philly Cheesesteak.

It's also in a cool location, several other eateries and drink spots to check out. We had 2 super burritos that were customized (one no sour cream, one no beans, both with 2 meats. The crispy beef tacos (fam favorite), and a fish taco (too spicy for me!), oh and chips and salsa. Cons- the super burritos were supposed to come with guacamole, but neither did. Didn't think about it until my son asked, but we were pretty much done eating at that point. We also had to pay for chips and salsa. Never a fan of that. The bag of chips and the salsa containers were also small. If you're going to charge, you should make it worth it for the customer(s). With tip, it was just over $70 bucks in total. The curry ketchup is so good, too. The line to order moves quickly and we didn't wait very long for our food - great service at the Humble Sea location.
