As soon as it was my turn, a couple of people walked in that he seemed to know, and he completely shifted his attention to them, ignoring me. I waited patiently for a bit but eventually left without purchasing anything. I understand the store was busy and that family or friends may stop by, but customers who are ready to buy shouldn't be ignored. That part of the experience was disappointing and felt disrespectful.

To a shop less than a mile from campus and encounter rudeness you are a bit shocked. So customer Service wise My first experience warrants 2 stars. Their website states that they reserve the right to change prices based on changing leather prices. I'd like to know if they ever decrease prices. At any rate, one would think that with a price of $2,000, they have some wiggle room in their profit margins to absorb an increase in the price of leather. Lastly, and I know I'm being picky here (I'm spoiled by the great websites I use with amazon and other major retailers), I expected to be able to access our account on the Holick's website, see our invoice, and make payments.
