I find nice clothing that washes well for a great price. I like the quality of the shoes and handbags for the price. I think it's nice that they always come around the counter to hand you your bag instead of shoving it at you over the tall counter. They always invite you back, and thank you for coming in. If you are ever looking at something you want and do not see your size tell one of them because they will call another store and have them hold the item for you.

I bought 7 hand soaps online for 5 for 25..($5 ea) store pick-up. The next day, i received a BBW email about 3.25 ea. hand soaps for 1day only. Then i was like what! I just bought mines for $5 ea yesterday and now it's $3.25! I then went to BBW cross creek, to return my purchase and to buy again for the price of 3.25 ea. for a better deal. At store, i told the lady at the entrance about my purpose, which i never thought would be an issue. But then i realized some of the items i am returning are not in the bag..i went back to my car and found it. As i was entering the BBW store, again, there is this another lady (named JACKIE ) seems like she is waiting for me & approached without even a greeting and telling me about the items i bought yesterday cannot be returned to get the price of $3.25 today. I was like..why can't i ? ( i guessed that the 1st lady told her my purpose) . I was confused for a while..i feel like being interrogated with the way she approached me and talk to me. She said you have to have a coupon to get the $3.25..it's not a sale price you see we don't have a sale sign here. it is only when you have the coupon. I ask her what coupon? She said you only get it when you have the app. On your phone ( which i have for many years) ( maybe she thinks im new with BBW ) I really don't understand what she is trying to tell me why i can't return. And purchase? Isn't she aware of the return policy? But the way she approached me and the way she talk , made me feel very un-comfortable. I told her i don't understand what are you trying to tell me..but i want to return these items and get new once for todays price, she said you cannot do that (with different tone) I really don't understand why is she telling me this when i did it before as i was advised to do by former associates and manager. "i can always return the items i purchased, and purchase again for the new price". Or just return". Feeling irked a little , I told her i will just return it then and not buy anymore. She said if that's what you want. WOW!! Jackie Really?? I went straight in line..and there she went at the register next to the cashier and pointing at me..doing God knows what. And that made me irritated.. I can talk for myself and she don't need to talk in my behalf since she don't understand what i want. I became Karen at a moment and i am not proud of it. But people like Jackie can sometimes make an angel become a devil. This is the first time i experienced something like this at any BBW i went shop in and out the US, associates are always helpful, knowledgable, & friendly..i am usually happy and satisfied leaving the store. It was David who assisted me with my return and add'l purchases, he did it quick and easy i saved some $$ and David who's been patient, professional, and knowledgeable made me feel welcomed again and satisfied. 10 stars for David!

I shop here A LOT, but only when there are sales. I never pay full price - WHY!? I get the coupons emailed to me from BBW and use my RetailMeNot app. Last wk, I received this coupon emailed to me from BBW for 25% off the total purchase and the two 3-wick candles for $22 promotion. Winning! I love the candles and they are a great item to stockpile for yourself or give to others. No coupon required for the candle sale. You did need the coupon for the 25% off. Okay fine. I didn't know I would receive a MULTIPLE number of these email offers. The first trip, Marcos M. and I loaded up and went where everyone goes during lunch - BBW! We bought a crap load of candles. Seriously, I shop here quite frequently and I understand how to use coupons off of iPhone. I was talking to Marcos M. IN LINE and the cashier says to me, YOU can't share that coupon. What? We paid together - how we 'hash' it out - what does BBW care? She then told us that this is ONE TIME USE. Okay, thank you for the info. Just give me my cheap candles and take a Valium. Next morning, I woke up and I had ANOTHER one of these coupons. Really?! This same 25% off coupon the girl acted like was throwing BBW into bankruptcy and I just got another one. GTFO. Okay, fine. There were a few more things I wanted to buy for upcoming holiday gatherings, birthdays and Christmas. Here I go again - this time by myself. I was in a hurry and had other things to do at the mall and that evening. I ran in, grabbed a few MORE things. The lady checking me out was very rude, then says "we are out of the "holiday coupon books". Okay, I don't care, but I do think it odd they have little posters up all over the store for their damn coupon book and they are out! So it's okay for BBW to not follow their own rules, but damn you to hell if you "SHARE" a coupon. Fine. Whatever - I likely wouldn't have used the dumbassed coupon book anyway because I am sure I will have a better deal before I buy - suckers. Next day, NO KIDDING - I get ANOTHER 25% off coupon. I had done some math on the cost of the candles (yes, I love deals FAR too much. I decided to go back and buy some more to stockpile for my own use. I am NOT exactly a 100% "green" person, but I try to do some recycling and always use my own shopping bags. Every time I go into the mall and/or BBW (OR ANY STORE including grocery and walmart) I use recycled bags. Never have I had an issue EVER using bags - most stores sell them! A clerk walks up to me and asked if I needed help. No, I didn't need help. Did I need a shopping bag. No, I was good (i.e. I HAD them). You can't use those. What? Can't use what? Now, I have heard it all. I honestly would have walked out, but I had already gone thru the hassle to go there and whatnot. WTF. Honestly!? I asked the girl, "What, BBW hasn't gone green?" Girl, "WHAT?" Holy shit - nope, apparently not!!! Dumb girl doesn't even know what 'green" is. Unfortunately, I am sure I will return. This was three crappy interactions w/ three different BBW employees in a short number of days. Their candles, hand soap and lip gloss just happen to be my favorites, so I am stuck. I have ZERO BBW brand or store loyalty and if I ever find products I like better (even at a greater cost which is a HUGE deal to me!), I will change. I don't like being talked to like shit particularly when I spent about $400 bucks in their store this week. Oh yah, if you are friends w/ me or related - guess what you are getting for Christmas - BBW! :) They get one star because I don't have a choice for less and one star because of my awesome mint lip gloss! Note: I am the first to admit, I can get sideways about stuff too, but holy crap. I just remind myself they were likely VERY busy because of the promotions and sale.
