Today I scored an excellent condition youth tennis racket (for $12). The store has bikes, lacrosse, workout equipment, tons of used golf stuff, baseball, backpacks...pretty much anything used sporting related that you could need. I've been to both and the customer service was very friendly and helpful. If I had to pick one over the other it would be Jacks Boots & Apparel. Reason? Their staff is more knowledgeable about the boots & fit and they definitely have more of a selection. It's funny because I've heard bad reviews about them both and I was treated really nice by both stores. (People say both stores race profile but I'm Black & got much love from both stores? I guess if you look for hate long enough, you'll find it even when it's not present because of your mindset). Boot Barn has a lot of boots but some of them are worn down from people trying them on. Pretty much what you see is what you get. There are no "new" boots in the back because they have no storage. Jack's Boots has a large selection as well. They have display boots and NEW boots in the box. I don't know about you, but if I'm going to drop $200-$500 on a pair of boots, I want them fresh out the box and still brand new. Jack's Boots also has more of a selection of exotic boots for women. Only problem is, Jack's website needs to be updated because it doesn't show half the boots they have in stock. In price comparison to a few western sites online, Jack's Boots saved me $80 on my exotics. My only knock against Jack's boots is their small military discount which is 5%. I mean, c'mon guys, you're in a military town that gives you 90% of your business, another 5% will not hurt you and the troops would sure appreciate it. I'll be back to purchase at Jack's just for the customer service alone.

I've used CCE for heat press and embroidery work 4-5 times over the last 5'ish years. They have…read morealways provided a good product and great service. The first thing I ever used them for was to do a heat press on a hoodie. The hoodie hoodie has been washed and dried hundreds of times and only started to give way in the last couple of months. (Who's ever had heat press last four years?!) I had them embroider a hat/sun visor about 3 years ago. Told them what I wanted and they created it, embroidered, and it looked great! Don't wear the hat often but still looks great too! Most recently had someone hand- draw a sports team logo. Used Fiverr.com to have someone make the drawing into an embroidery format ($10). Sent the file to CCE via email, took 6 jackets to their store, and they embroidered them all in just a few days. All team members are thrilled with how they turned out! A week later needed 2 more jackets. They had them done in less than 24 hours! I can't say I've compared their pricing to anyone else because I'm glad to stay loyal to a business that does a good job. But every time I've used them their prices seem very reasonable to me.
