I had 2 leather belts that I needed to be shortened and a couple more holes added. When I called to inquire if this is something they could do, the Mrs. was so kind and understood exactly what I needed. When I arrived at the shop I was immediately cheerfully greeted by the Mr. from his work bench in the back. The Mrs. came right up and remembered my call from the day before. By the looks of the shop they are very busy. I left my belts with them to complete what I required and came back after an appt next door. The work was completed and the belts which had designs were cut perfectly without interruption of the designs. I highly recommend their work. I will have my shoes repaired there as well. Brought a Louis Vuitton bag in as along the top was coming apart. This was on 10/24/25. Said it would be ready 11/7/25. They never called me, I called them on 11/14/25. Bag not ready. Called again 12/01/25. Was told bag ready, left at home. Owner said will be ready next day. Went to pick up 12/02, forgot it at home. Went 12/04 bag there, but nothing was done. Used crazy glue in front of me. Glue all over. This was my daughter's bag. She passed away. Shoe Clinic knew that. Very angry & upset. I will file a claim to get what I deserve. I am unhappy about the condition of the my boots. I took them to get a zipper repaired and the heals replaced. They replaced the zipper but never replaced the heals. My husband picked them up for me so I did not get to inspect them in the store. The way they treated me was awful. They make you pay in cash but what did I even pay for? The guy didn't replace the heals but now the boots can't even be worn because the way they look in the front. They were damaged in their possession. This is bigger than damaging my boots. It's about how they talked down to me and treated me. I wanted to support a mom and pop local store. I expected better. If they thought the boots would not be able to hold up when repairing the zipper, they could have advised me prior to completing the work. They could have called me as well. read more

Poor quality work and nasty customer service... dropped off 2 Gucci bags to be repaired. One was a zipper replacement that was perfect. The other was a leather repair. The stitching and the leather color/texture do not match at all. When I asked him to fix it I got nothing but yelled at and talked to like I was stupid. Absolutely Awful..... Terrible Communication, I seriously think we called 10-15 times over a period of five months (yes, months). "I Forgot Them On The Shelf" was their final excuse. When I finally arrived in person, they asked requested the full balance. I then questioned them as to why I would be charged the full price, to which they responded by knocking of $15 from a $75 transaction that was four and a half months overdue. I needed a leather belt fixed. I was going to do it myself but had a hard time finding what I needed when I went to Joanne Fabrics. I found Shoe Clinic online and when I called I was told they could do it. I was a little worried since I need grommets put in to match the others. I went into Shoe Clinic the next day and was very pleased that they have parking behind their business. Shoe Clinic is not very big but it satisfied my needs. While the shoemaker went in the back to work on my belt, I had a very nice conversation with the shoemakers wife and was able to sit and wait in a comfy chair. I was over joyed when the job was completed. It looked fantastic and I was charged less than I expected. I will definitely go back. This repair shop does not look like much, but is a great little find. I brought in an old pair of men's dress shoes with the soles worn through to see what they could do to save me from having to buy a new pair. They cam back BETTER than new, with a new durable sole and heel, and polished. I have worn them several times a week for 6+ months now with no problems and no ware shown. Amazing repairs and wonderful customer service. I had 2 pairs of boots that needed repairs, one needed to be resoled and one had a broken zipper that went from ankle to knee. Of course I left these repairs till last minute so when I realized I had a week before I needed to leave for a trip and I still hadn't gotten them fixed I thought there's no way I'll be able to bring them with me. Mike not only took them and finished them both in 3 days, he didn't even charge extra for doing them so quickly. Both pairs look brand new. Will definitely be bringing all future repairs here. Fabulous! I took an old pair of Feragamos to the shoe clinic to have the heels replaced and they were returned to me looking almost new. They saves me $400+ since I had been thinking of replacing them and that is what a new pair of Feragamos costs. I have a closet full of expensive shoes that are looking a little worse for wear. My one pair of Vera Wangs, I was sure I was going to have to trash because I broke the heel. The shoes look better than when I bought them. The work that Michael does is amazing. Brought in a pair of shoes that the soul was separated and the heals needed some repair..I asked the owner to touch up the shoe with some paint also ,and he said he will take care of it.He said that he will glue the soul and also stitch up the shoe b/c the glue itself would not hold alone.All sounded good told me to come back in a week and that was fine.Came back and the shoe looked like hell to say the least,not sure if he glued it at all, he did stitch it but the sides of the soul were not touching the body of the shoe.I asked him will water get in there and he said yes,I asked him why did you not glue it to the body he said well I told you it would not hold,I told him this looks like hell I can't wear the shoe the way it looks.Also the Heals were not done he said he would fix it now,I had to wait ten minutes for that.I asked him why did you not touch up the paint on the shoe,he said well he could not do that since it was vinyl.I told him that is not what you told me to begin with.. This is the worse I ever seen and the man is a liar to say the least. While I was ther a lady came in to pick up her stuff and they told her is was not ready they made her come back again.They run the place like a junk yard.Terrible work. read more
