I used to work here back in 2022. I was always being ridiculed and judged by the way I dressed by the manager. And how I rarely smiled or helped with customers. I told them I was shy and never worked in a shoe store before. And I was always the one taking care of the trash or cleaning the shelves and cleaning the mirrors. I also told them I have a specific learning disability, but they didn't care. While I worked there, I was always the one to help the elderly people. And there was so much drama, and the manager and this other employee would always talk shit about me and another employee and about some of the customers when the store would be empty. Must have a receipt and the box to return shoes that were defective. The first thing I do is toss the box if I even bother to bring it home. Because the policy is printed on the receipt (that I never bothered to read) you as the consumer have no recourse. The strap of the sandal shredded the first time I wore them. Anyway...won't be going there ever again. read more

What a dump! It looked like a bomb went off in there. Shoes thrown around all over the store. No way for a wheel chair to get through even if they would want to navigate the mess. Absolutely disgusting. All this while the employees stood around talking, tossing a shoe back and forth. read more

I have gotten shoes, boots, sandals here and they are so awesome shoes. I have never had a problem and the staff is very nice.

All I can say is wow.... I haven't been in this store in 7 or 8 months but went in today and cannot believe what a mess this store is. When I say a mess, It looks as if someone ransacked the store. There were shoes and boxes thrown everywhere, you can't even walk through the isles never mind look at any shoes on the shelves because they are all thrown on the floor. Meanwhile there are two employees hanging out at the front counter rather than picking up the store. You won't have any sales with the store this way, that is for sure. read more

Today I took a trip to this store to see what they had for shoes. I have shopped here before a few times, and figured I'd stop in to see what they had before purchasing shoes online. First, I walked in and was greeted by a lady working there. Very nice and I was pleased to be greeted. She asked if I needed any help and I told her that I was just browsing. I went down to start looking at shoes, and the lady followed me over and started opening boxes pretty much right under my feet in the area where I was getting ready to try on a shoe. I figured she was working there, so I'd go to a different aisle and look at shoes. I get over to that side, and another lady who works there comes over to ask if I needed help. I kindly said no, but at this point I was beginning to get annoyed. I couldn't even browse in peace. I walk around, and this lady kinda follows me as well. I finally make it back over to the first aisle and the other lady was gone. So I sit down to try on a pair of shoes that I wanted to test. No sooner to do I do that, the 2 ladies come down again and start doing stuff with boxes about 10 inches or less from my feet. That was the final straw for me. I put the shoes back and left. I felt so crowded in that store and swarmed. Not a pleasant shopping experience at all. My other problem with this store was that the shoes are SOO disorganized. The sizes and widths are all just thrown together blindly. It is impossible to have a clear view of which shoes are where. Just completely dysfunctional. I was not impressed at all with this trip, neither was the person I went shopping with. We both pretty much agreed that this place would not be our first choice again. read more

The district manager is very rude and seems to be full of herself. She does not treat her employees with respect. She has an employee that she favors and let clock-in and work during the pandemic by themselves while they are closed and getting payed extra, while other employees barley get paid. read more
