I've sent multiple emails and have been communicating back and forth with the Branded Bills AI agent. Most recently, I was told my concern would be escalated to another team. I'm hoping that leads to a resolution soon. At this point, I simply want the hat I purchased--it looks great on the website. I get a notice my refund less $11.47 than my original total (I assume for shipping) and it will take up to ten days to appear on my card. Talk about a dumb ass way to run a Company. Last time I went, I must have been in there at least a whole hour trying on different ones. Brands differ so if you have the time, I highly suggest trying things on. To put things in perspective, I can fit anything from a Medium to XL!! lol The second time I went, Tracy explained that they hadn't received a bunch of good stuff with their last few shipments. I was low-key disappointed, but I still managed to walk away with 1 new jumpsuit and 2 sets of scrubs. I space out my visits a few weeks apart to give them time to get new merch. She is super cool and made me.laugh a few times as she helped me find sizes. Some brands are pricier than others, but I will always pay for comfort over fashion any damn day! I failed to. You'll see the tag says $9.99 but rang up $12.99 and cost more than $9.99 even with my 15% donation coupon. I didn't notice until I got home :( I was at Fashion Sq the next day so I stopped in that location to ask for a price adjustment. The associate refunded me the $3 and confirmed they are raising prices.
