I just went inside the store I was peaceful sitting at the bench while my husband was looking at shoes and I put my mask down to drink water. I have asthma which is a condition that does not require to wear a mask. The guy that works a bold talk guy caramel skin told me to put my mask over my nose. I explained I was drinking water and he told me to leave. I said I have a condition and he said you need to leave if you have a condition. I asked for his name and he said he would call security. I love Aldo but my last two visits to this store were terrible. It had been at least a year since I last visited. I had never been wowed by the service just ok. But these last two visits in the last few months were awful. The first of the two they had the door closed and locked with no customers inside. There was a woman and a man inside of the store with masks on. They saw me struggling with the door and just stared at me. I stood there staring back at them and they started looking away from me. I waited for about five minutes before I decided that they were obviously not going to be letting me inside of the store or telling me what was going on. So I started to walk away. Only then as I started to walk away did the male employee slowly start to make his way to the door. At this point I am no longer interested. The second visit and most recent one I made, There was a male employee sitting at the register. He did not greet me or say anything to me he was actually sitting on his cell phone. I was looking through all of the shoes and found a couple pairs I liked so I said "excuse me" and he rolled his eyes, sighed, and then walked over to me and said "yes?". I asked for the couple pairs of shoes I liked in my size to which he replied "oh we don't have those in that size". Then he walked away and sat back down. Pulled out his phone and continued to ignore me. Seriously?! I'm ready to spend money in the store and I'm getting no help? The shoes itself are extremely polished, well made and designed. The accessories are extremely dependable but what I think I like most is the customer service. Last night I went into the store in sweats and they treated me with absolutely no judgement, just class. Two gentlemen were working I don't remember there names but one was clean cut and friendly and the other had longer hair and got me my shoes. He was so helpful I asked him for like five things and I didn't show me ANY attitude just like with a smile on his face. He told me about how he works at Windsor too and goes to school. When a friend and I were having dinner she mentioned I wish every place I went to had customer service like Aldo hence my review. read more

The worst Customer Service ever. Purchased a bag & received a confirmation email that it will be delivered to the store on Monday 15th January. I needed it for Tuesday evening for a function. I thought they will be trur to their word & I purchased the shoes to match as well from another store to go with the outfit I had. Did not receive an email or call from anyone. I waited till late afternoon on Monday & called a store near my house. I was on hold forever. Then the lady comes back saying she is the only one in the store and unable to get back any sooner, but they do not have the purse. I checked the email again, it was shipped to the store at the mall. Requested the number from the lady at the store & she gives me my own mobile number. When I told her that was my number, she thought it was funny & started laughing, but never gave me a number to call. I was on hold & I disconnected. I did not find anything funny in this whole situation. There was no store number on the email. Googled & found the number for the store at the mall. A lady by the name of Jasmine, takes all my information & order number, puts me on hold & never comes back. I was on hold for 8 mins & disconnected. Tried 8 times to call back line was busy. On the 9th call I am asked to hold as soon as they answered. On hold again for 6 mins & I disconnected. Tried again line was busy. On the 12th call they answer & I told the lady whom I spoke to, what was going on. She then says, she is Jasmine & she is the store Manager & she is the only one working & she has no time to check. Really? Is this Customer Service? What do they want me to do? Then she says she checked on her system & there is no bag, there has been a delay & it will not be there till Wednesday. All she said was there is nothing I can do. She was rude & way too dominant with her replies. Like I was at her mercy. So I had no bag, shoes & outfit that went to waste. I could not wear what I wanted for a very important function. I requested for the corporate office contact. Spoke to Ada who was equally useless. She was so snappy & said I can return the bag if I don't want it. Lol. Anyone knows that. I did not order something I need to be told I can return it. That was not the point. My point is I ordered on January 7th, they confirmed it will be here January 15th & it is not. So what is the solution? Now they send me an email saying they will give me 15% off on a purchase if $75. Lol. I can't trust them to deliver on time on a $27 purchase. Why would I spend $75? I understand delays happen. At least keep the customer informed, so that they can make alternate plans. Nothing said, until I called. And all in the store say they are the only ones working & they are overworked & stressed & take it out on the customer by being rude. Not on. I can take my Business anywhere, anytime & be appreciated. I still have no bag. 5 days since it was supposed to be delivered. read more

I went here last week on the hunt for wedding shoes. This was the last stop on my list. I went in feeling very discouraged as I had been looking all day for shoes. Then i found a pair of ballet flats that were just perfect. Although I do not know the sales mans name he was the BEST! The are in the process of moving locations and he looked and looked in the back until he found the shoes. He was so great! I will for sure be a return costumer! read more
