Wendy guided me in (door between "Hatch" and "Nest," go up one floor and turn left) and I found a very small but cozy space that was sparkling clean, tastefully decorated, and calming. Wendy herself was an absolute love. She made sure to check in with me frequently during my two procedures, she was polite, friendly, and just the right kind of chatty. Her technique was gentle and, while not painless because somebody is putting hot wax on your flesh and tearing out hair at the root, minimally painful. I have only had a couple of previous waxing experiences, but this was by far the best. I am in town on vacation so sadly I will not be a regular client, but if I did, I would be.

If we're in the area we'd absolutely come back for another massage and I think I'd trust them with my hair too. I overheard some hair stylist conversation and I didn't get her name but she seemed to know what she was doing!

During the holiday season I entered a contest for a local spa and won a free facial! With every ounce of anxiety I booked it for a week or so later. Driving there I went through every bad experience I have had with skincare in my life. All of the skincare parties I went to where my skin felt like it was burning off even if the products was deemed "for sensitive skin", played through my head over and over again. After I parked and took a deep breathe I made my way into the building. As I entered the space it was amazing. Not only was it bright and welcoming (and smelled fantastic) but I saw they used CBD skincare products which I have been interested in. I was greeted by Michaela who was beyond welcoming and sweet. I loved her welcoming, loving and laid back attitude. She stared by showing me around the spa. I saw the couples massage room and she showed my their pod. I plan to go back to take full advantage of that amazing machine! Ask for her to explain it to you when you go in! It's amazing! Then we began the facial. She offered for me to lay under covers or over them. It was sooo nice to have the choice. Then I laid down on one of the contest massage tables I've ever been on. I felt like I was floating but being hugged my a cloud at the same time. When the facial started I was amazing at how relaxing it was. Michaela's movements over my face automatically relaxed me. I felt like I could of drifted into a state of euphoria if she just continued to massage my face. She then explained that I won a dermaplane facial. She then took a small razor and took off all the dead skin and hairs from my face. It felt like the lightest scratches and it ticketed in certain spots. After she placed a cbd mask on my face. Although not normal my skin loved it and there wasn't a mask to wash off. I guess it was thirsty and did like cbd products (haha). At the end she handed me a mirror and I felt like she had taken 5-10 years off of my skin as well as brighter my complexion. It was amazing! Needless to say.... she has converted me! As someone with sensitive/dry skin I would recommend this spa over and over again! I will be first in line when she releases her CBD skincare line!!!

I had a one-hour treatment with Tiffany, and let me tell you - her knowledge and skill could have presented her from any cosmopolitan city - San Fran, NY, LA, etc. (but not Boston: sorry, but i had two different experiences in Boston that definitely was not at that level). I gave specific areas to be worked on, and she knew exactly what to do, and then some! I loved that she wanted to know exactly what I wanted - more of a general body massage? or more time on a specific area? - the latter of which is what I needed (iliopsoas/iT band,etc). She really went in there, slowly and carefully, and yes, DEEPLY and THOROUGHLY. She made sure I knew what was going on, and during the whole time was very pleasant to chat with, as well as making my session informative. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone. I also want to make note that Tiffany told me she was the youngest person (by experience there), and that only let me know how solid and serious the spa represents itself. I believe it has been around for over 10 years, and I guess their word-of-mouth is so entrusted as it even can be difficult to find a time slot to come in.
