There's two restrooms in the back as well as cubbies you can leave your stuff. Most classes I've been to were booty day so it was all of lower body and glutes. For one of the classes, each workout is sectioned out by two sets of 45 seconds with a 15 second break in between each set. Another one was 3 minutes to get through 8 workouts ranging from RDL's, hip thrusts, lunges, Bulgarian squats with 10-30 sets each. There's a ton of equipment spread throughout and when you're done with a set, you'll move forward to the other workouts. I was sweaaaating!! I joined in for their other classes too and each day is a different format. Which is nice since you get to switch it up. Downside would be ... there's a bad mosquito problem here. Almost every time I've been here I've gotten mosquito bites and I always see them flying around. They even fly around the front desk. It sucks but wear some bug spray if you're coming here. Pepe walked around to correct forms during the workouts. This gym definitely got me feeling sore. They have a 21 day promo for $21.

There are enough machines that even when it's busy I am still able to complete my workout without issue. I've been doing training with my personal trainer, Evelin, for the entire time I've been a member. She's very kind and encouraging and has taught me so much about working out. While I've struggled with my weight (eating) she has been supportive and always gives me help with nutrition. She's a big reason why I am so loyal to Curl Fitness Westminster. Other staff I want to shout out include the manager Eric, who has helped me with account/payment matters multiple times and is always very helpful and friendly. Gama is approachable and always has a welcoming smile on his face. Johnny is very knowledgeable about weight loss and nutrition. Finally, Steven does an excellent job at maintaining a clean facility. Honestly all their staff is great! As far as the clientele who come, I never have any issues with people being rude or not sharing equipment or making a mess. The coaches are very attentive and friendly. The open gym is so much fun as you have access to the whole gym to practice any skills you want. My son was mostly on the trampoline during an open gym session, and even during this time the coaches were giving input and helping him. There is a great seating area where you can observe your kids and it also has video so that you can see areas of the gym that you cannot otherwise see from the deck. I can definitely say OTF specifically the Bella Terra location, helped me do just that, and I am very grateful! The studio itself is well maintained and offers lockers as well as a water station to refill your water bottle. The Bella Terra location also replaced all of their treadmills this year to keep their equipment up to date, which shows that they really care about the quality and overall experience of their studio. Classes are easy to book using the OTF app, and I often book last minute and can still get a spot in class which is awesome. What really makes this studio great are the coaches. I've always felt encouraged and supported while also being challenged during my time in class. I leave the studio feeling accomplished and have been a very happy member since I signed back up. I knew I needed to stop that downhill slide! I decided to stop in at the Orangetheory Fitness at Bella Terra, but having not worked out in over a year, I walked in feeling super apprehensive. I did not think I was going to sign up, but I wanted to check it out anyway, since I had heard good things from someone at work. Right away, I was greeted by Luz at the front desk and met Coach Roderick for my first class. These are two of the absolute nicest people! I'm not going to lie: that first workout was TOUGH! I've always avoided traditional gyms because I never know where to start, how to set up machines, or how to work into lines without feeling intimidated. Orangetheory completely solves that. The workout is totally set for you. You just show up, and the coaches tell you exactly what to do across the tread, rower, and weight floor. Zero guesswork! On day one, Roderick mentioned the Season of Strength challenge, so I took a leap of faith and signed up for a month. Those first few weeks were no joke--going three times a week meant I was pretty sore as my body adjusted! But I kept showing up, and ten weeks later, I got the ultimate proof that it's working: I walked up the exact same hill that knocked the wind out of me back in June, and I barely even breathed hard! My heart rate stayed totally normal. Talk about an incredible non-scale victory! The community here is unmatched. Everyone is so welcoming, from the front desk staff and studio manager to all the phenomenal coaches I've worked out with--Rod, Haley, Deena, Haley, and Cortnie! Six months seems like a good time to really attest to the quality of swim lessons my sister has with Isabella, her swim instructor. We went in hoping with all our might that my sister would be paired with a good instructor who has experience with individuals with special needs. At the beginning, I tried to find reviews on specific instructors and times that worked best, and ultimately, with sheer dumb luck, we chose Isabella. That decision has been a very fortunate luck of the draw for my sister to have Isabella for her instructor. We had very low expectations for my sister's goal in learning to swim. However, with Isabella's guidance, care, compassion, and immense patience, my sister's progress has exceeded our expectations. Isabella is a wonderful instructor who embodies warmth, positivity, and is firm even when she brings on new challenges for growth, which is perfect for my sister. With her compassion and kindness, Isabella has managed to make major progress with my sister to allow swimming goggles to be placed over her eyes. For nearly all her life, my sister has hated being submerged under water, goggles over her eyes, or anything over her face, but Isabella has been able to change that and help my sister grow in less than a year. I've had to screen cap and send this over so the company can work with IT but it has happened a few times now.
