Training at Paradigm has always been a positive experience for me. The community is welcoming and the atmosphere is both motivating and respectful. What really stands out is the variety of instructors who bring different styles and strengths which helps keep training dynamic. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained which is always appreciated!

Wow! Just had my first ever BJJ roll here per recommendation of my best friend! It was such a great experience! The climate was welcoming and intimate with ur being intimidating at all. For someone who has no coordination or experience I was able to learn while being supported! My first class was with professor Dory. He was supportive and helpful and I really felt like a did a good job even though everyone could wreck me. Can't wait to come back again!

Tucked in a small shopping strip is Paradigm BJJ "freespace" open mat. It's a real gem. The classes/seminars we have attended were well worth the trip. The coaches and staff are very welcoming and knowledgeable in the gentle art. Ask for Nikki when you arrive! For a complete schedule check their IG @paradigm.community. My daughter will be returning for Coach Harley's classes. He's a great instructor! Classes are also small in size which is a plus. They also have some nice tees and sweaters for sale. Photo and video are also allowed and actually encouraged. See you there!

This place is absolutely amazing! From the time you walked in, everyone is so nice and welcoming! No matter if you are just starting out or have been training for a while, this place is a great place to train at. I take Professor Dory class every Thursdays at 7:30pm. It is such a great class! He is great at breaking down techniques. Very supportive! So grateful to be a part of this community at paradigm, I have met so many new people who has been a big help in my Jiu Jitsu journey.

My daughter has been training BJJ for 8 years. She is a high level student who is always looking to add to her arsenal from anywhere and everyone. At paradigm she found Professor Nicks Bohli who puts on some very detailed, high level classes. His detail to technique is second to none. He is great with adults and great with kids. Will definitely be back!

The staff are approachable and always greet members with a positive attitude, which makes the gym feel welcoming. What keeps me coming back is how easy it is to get a solid workout in without any hassle. There are enough machines that even when it's busy I am still able to complete my workout without issue. I've been doing training with my personal trainer, Evelin, for the entire time I've been a member. She's very kind and encouraging and has taught me so much about working out. While I've struggled with my weight (eating) she has been supportive and always gives me help with nutrition. She's a big reason why I am so loyal to Curl Fitness Westminster. Other staff I want to shout out include the manager Eric, who has helped me with account/payment matters multiple times and is always very helpful and friendly. Gama is approachable and always has a welcoming smile on his face. Johnny is very knowledgeable about weight loss and nutrition. Finally, Steven does an excellent job at maintaining a clean facility. Honestly all their staff is great! As far as the clientele who come, I never have any issues with people being rude or not sharing equipment or making a mess. Everyone who works out here seems to be chill and they respect others (not true for many gyms!). Thank you, Curl Fitness Westminster, for providing a nice, clean facility and positive environment where I can get my workouts in!

In terms of capacity, it's a good sized gym with working machines and a big yoga room and functional workout area. I've had odd encounters with some people here and he resolved the issue immediately. The place is clean. But when the cleaning lady, Lady, is around, the place becomes spotless. She's super friendly and accommodating. All the staff at the front desk are nice and the trainers here are great at their jobs. They have a ton of classes here and the HIIT classes gets packed. The video shows a shower heads broke and fell on me during the middle of my shower. I couldn't put it back on - no matter how much I pushed, turned, etc. it. While this gym does the job for my personal gains and goals, there are some negatives that will hinder others' fulfilment with their memberships. + The small patch of artificial turf is well-kept and has the necessary equipment (kettles, medicine balls, dumbbells, etc.) + The lifting platforms and free weights area are also cared for with available bars / various weight amounts + Several TVs facing the cardio area streaming the entire time (also a few scattered on the walls for the weight area) - Hygienically, the place is poorly managed. Dust, hair, used paper towels, and more are found on the floor and machines. In regards to the men's restroom, it doesn't really get any better; every other sink and hand dryer (and urinal???) tends to be broken and grimy. - The machines are 50/50; half do their job and the others are out of order. Additionally, most of the available treadmills have disabled/unusable incline settings (stuck at a flat 0). Despite the frequent malfunctions, they don't seem to be so adamant about actually fixing them... In general, it's a major unbalance that depends on what you strive for in your regimen, which REALLY shouldn't be the case. While weightlifters fare off better with the setup, more casual gym goers will likely have a lackluster experience. PS: There are definitely certain things I did not cover such as group training and pool/sauna usage, but I haven't experienced them.

I told the staff that I have arthritis, but they persuaded me to sign up and said I could freeze the training until I was physically able to participate. I later submitted a doctor's note and asked them to cancel the personal training. I trusted the staff when they said they would take care of it, but they did not cancel it, and the credit card continued being charged. Four months later, I returned to the club. The manager confirmed our earlier conversation and acknowledged that I had submitted the doctor's note, but EōS still refused to refund approximately $450 for personal-training sessions I never scheduled, attended, or used. Their response was: "We canceled it, but we don't do refunds." I am now disputing the charges through the credit-card company. This situation has taken a lot of time and effort and has caused me considerable stress. My advice: If you request cancellation or provide a doctor's note, insist that they process the cancellation while you are standing there. Get written confirmation before leaving. Do not trust a promise that they will handle it later.

I was on the waitlist for a 7:30 PM class and was only added at 7:00 PM--giving me just 30 minutes' notice. That evening, I came down with a fever. Wanting to be considerate and avoid getting other members sick, I had my partner go to the front desk in person to explain the situation and cancel. Despite this, I was charged a $10 cancellation fee. When I followed up, I was told they have a strict 'zero exceptions' policy. While I understand having rules around attendance, penalizing members for acting responsibly when ill, especially after being added from a waitlist on such short notice, is poor customer service. The facility and classes are great but this really rubbed me the wrong way.
