Food is terrible, pretty sure its microwaved from frozen. Only go here if you only want to drink and smoke.

Awful. Bad food and warm beer. I don't know what's worse the smoking or the overpowering grease smell.

Spoke with a lady manager, she was polite and helpful previously. Decided after tonight's bad food that I wasn't coming back. So called just to let them know. This time it was a guy manager. Who proceeded to talk over me the whole time, was rude and condescending. And when he asked me a question would interrupt before I could finish my comment. I've been in this industry for about over 40 years now and am so tired of assholes like this guy. He is what makes food service shit. And why restaurants go out of business. His ego needs checked. Now not only won't we be back, I will actively tell people not to eat at Somma. I'm a catering chef. I speak to A LOT OF PEOPLE about food. Being a dick to customers is a bad business plan. Edit: Just spoke with my buddy who picked up the pizzas. Said they were giving him weird looks when he came in and I think I know why. When I was ordering I had to explain it to the girl 6 or 7 times before she got it. She was getting frustrated. I asked for a pizza with olive oil and garlic, with chicken and hot peppers, house cheese mix. That's all. She kept asking if I wanted a white with no ranch. I said no, and explained, again, what we wanted. We have ordered this more than once. Finally after like 6 times she repeated it back, I corrected that we wanted hot peppers, not just peppers. She said OK. We still got green peppers by the way. SMH.... The pizza was the final straw for me, and why I was calling. But after this whole drama, my guess is you have internal issues WAY beyond inconsistent food.

This special always comes to mind if I'm looking to eat out on a Tuesday. Lots of TVs as it really is a sports bar on the patio. Still need closed captioning however. How hard is it to add that? Wait staff is efficient and food arrives without delays. A good casual dining experience.

My mom and I visited Deejays Lounge around 6:30 PM on Sunday evening and unfortunately had a very…read moredisappointing experience. We waited quite a while before our waitress, Amber S., came to take our drink order. Even after ordering simple drinks (a Diet Coke and iced tea), it took a long time for them to arrive. After that, we ordered two slices of pizza and a salad, and it took at least 45 minutes for our food to come out. During the entire wait, Amber never checked in with us, provided any updates about the delay, or asked if we needed anything else. A quick update would have gone a long way, but we felt completely ignored throughout the visit. After we finished our food, the situation continued. We waited a long time trying to get the check while Amber repeatedly walked past our table, even as we tried to flag her down. It was frustrating because this restaurant used to be much better when it was North Park Lounge. Unfortunately, the service has gone downhill since it became Deejays. It also didn't appear that a manager was present to help address the situation. I hope the restaurant takes feedback like this seriously and works on improving the level of service.

It is great to have a place that serves upscale food but isn't stuffy and pretentious. Service is always friendly and efficient. I love that they have a rotating seasonal menu. It is on the higher end price wise, but you get what you pay for. And that means nice portions, quality ingredients and excellent taste. If you are looking for a place for a great date night or a special occasion, this is a perfect place.

Got a Pinot noir wine and waters Starter=soup of the day: tomato w/ chickpea and chorizo- bold tomato flavor and lots of arugula in it. Not so much chorio but flavor was very good, not overly salty. 10/10 After the soup we put our nit-picking goggles on as we knew this was a pretty sophisticated meal. Daily special- pan seared mahi mahi with asparagus fennel kohlabi and arugula salad citrus buerre Blanc. Light citrus flavor is found thru the mahi mahi, its sauce and the salad. Very congruent. Asparagus was a neutral addition. Not flowing with or against the mahi. Fish was cooked well. Just lots of raw red onion on the salad was a little overpowering. 7/10 Red wine braised short rib- didn't ask how well done, so seems chefs choice. We have a preference towards med rare. This was cooked well done making it a tad tough-stringy. Mashed potatoes with some larger pieces of potato, but very neutral plain flavor, great with the beef sauce. Carrots cooked well, just neutral, natural flavor. Overall a very classic flavor combo that works.7/10. Would stop by again to try more dishes. Ps- when paying we noticed final bill to sign was more than first bill at table. When we asked why the difference we were told it's the credit card fee of $3. This was really the first time I've seen this at a restaurant, yet alone at a decent place like one. Would have been best for them to tell us this upfront.
