My sliders weren't hot, either and were dry and tasteless. They were supposed to come with grilled onions but didn't. The ketchup (which we had to grab from a different table since our table didn't have one) helped a little. One person had a cheeseburger. She only ate half of it. She said she felt nauseous. Another didn't eat his mac n cheese. He said the sauce was really thick. He could hardly swallow it. The teenager at the other end of the table left half of his chicken tenders. He didn't want to take them home. I don't know why because he was at the other end of the table and it was rather noisy in there. I had to yell to talk to him.
