We were able to get appointments within a week and were very pleased with how friendly and efficient everyone in the office was. Dr. Seyller is extremely knowledgeable and gave both my husband and I information that we hadn't heard before from other eye doctors. She seemed to go above and beyond. Next we worked with Elliott in choosing our frames and were very impressed. He was very attentive and listened to what we liked but also made great recommendations based on what he was hearing us say. Got a Zoom meeting with someone clearly not from MN and clearly hasn't had LASIK. It looked like her office might being shipped out of town. Stuff in cardboard paper wrapping on the floor. She had glasses on and referred to A-dee-na and Minne-an-apolis. Also, the A-dee-na location that I booked online was closed. She was able to pronounce Oakdale and switched me to this location. Not confidence inspiring. Told me that only five percent of people have problems. You are telling me I have a one in twenty chance of this being complicated from Ohio? That ain't how we do it in Minnesota! I called them to cancel the next pre-surgery appointment but nobody answered. Imagine that. Oh, yeah. They wanted 38 hundred after the 1K discount. The parking lot is small, with six spots shared between the street-facing optometry office and an interactive media studio behind it. I was greeted by both Bailey and the sunny Teri upon walking in. Soon as I was done with the paperwork, Bailey had a machine quickly measure my eyes for basic numbers to hand off to the optometrist (no puff of air involved, in case that bothers anyone), and I was ushered to the office to meet Dr. Matthew Anderson. Matt is a rather quiet individual - going expect overt humor or any chit-chat. That said, he was professional and thorough, whether in checking my eyesight, fitting me for contact lenses, or rechecking the fitting after I'd put on a trial pair. Eyes All Over typically gives over a week's worth of daily contact lenses for a trial run, and Matthew makes a point of guiding clients towards economical lens choices that offer enough support for their eyes without wallet overkill. Optometrists often have a refitting policy in event a prescription doesn't feel quite right, and Matthew's refitting policy extends 60 days from the examination. Overall, a good experience. I'll be back in a week to pick up the trial contact lens sets on order for me. Meanwhile, I have the remaining pairs the office had on hand to try out.

This used to be a great eyecare practice. Recently my family has had multiple issues. Progressive…read moreeye glasses incorrectly done and they would not even look at them until I explained that they were unsafe for me to drive home with. They then checked them and agreed that they needed to be redone, without apology. My son was told that his frames were slightly bent during his eye exam. But no adjustment was made because he had to buy this replacement pair elsewhere while away at college - not exactly the way you would expect a long term customer to be treated. And finally, my daughter who has worn contacts for years was not given a contact lens prescription during her last appointment. Now she needs to spend time out of her day to come back for another exam - No appology given. Used to love this place. Sadly it's gone down-hill rather fast. My family of 4 will not be returning.
