My buddy brought me here to buy some supplies I needed for the coming week. I haven't been to this part of town, but the place is located in a nice part of town so I did not hesitate. Parking was easy to find, and walking in was a relief from the humidity outside. This store is pretty nice, and has more variety than the Harris Teeter stores I've been to thus far. Although I had a very short shopping list, I did stock up on more stuff I needed to last me through the following 2.5 months. I also bought some supplies in the case that severe weather hits the area. This store is pretty legit, and I would recommend it to anyone living in the vicinity. I don't know if I'll be back, as I live pretty far away from this place. But given the chance, I'd shop here again.

This place is absolutely infuriating on a Sunday. Two lanes open and the rest is self check out. Which I could understand if they were under staffed, but with 4 attendants standing by at self check out you would think they could shift someone to an actual lane. Instead they let the self checkout lane extend down and length of an aisle. Sunday is a big day for weekly grocery shopping. Self checkout for a weeks worth of groceries becomes difficult to maneuverer especially when all groceries have to remain on the bagging station. When asked why they didn't open another lane the response I received was the issue is people keep removing items from the bagging area which is why the lines are long. Not the issue in my opinion. Also very helpful to have the clerk put my bags in my cart after I had paid...thanks for the assist.

ShopRite pharmacy is the best. Employees and service are excellent and there is rarely many people in line compared to other pharmacies!

Located on Lombard St. Attman's has a rich history as mentioned on their website: "Established in…read more1915, Attman's has established its reputation as Baltimore's leading delicatessen along Corned Beef Row - a unique Baltimore landmark. Today, you will find the same delicious foods, outstanding personnel, and friendly service that has been maintained for over three generations. ATTMAN'S has the flavor and excitement like that of the East Side of New York City, where our famous corned beef comes out steaming hot from our kettles all day, seven days a week; and where the taste of real Jewish hot pastrami makes your mouth water for more." (https://attmansdeli.com/history/) This place became popular back in the day for Jewish food specialties especially around Passover and their kosher products. The current location was established in 1933 and still stands today. Sandiwches: I got the original 'Corned Beef' Sandwich. I got it "Extra Heavy +$" with more meat, regular cut meat (there is an option of regular cut vs lean cut for an upcharge), with Sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, with deli mustard, on toasted rye bread. DIY rueben-esque. The sandwich was amazing! Quality corned beef, so fresh and tasty. Highly recommended. This is their true, time and tested menu item! I also got the 'Lombard Street' sandwich, on toasted rye bread. It had pastrami, corned beef, chopped liver and Russian dressing. Good blend of different flavors and textures. I was expecting a savory liver pate sort of taste, but it's on the sweeter side. Which I found interesting, sorta not my jams but definitely someone else's. The 'Lombard Street Coddies' was a lil soft baked fish cake patty. It came wrapped in foil with a stone ground mustard packet and crackers, snack size. I expected some toasted crunch on the outside, but it didn't have that. Kinda smushy all over. Desserts: The 'Strawberry Shortcake' was more of a denser/ heavier cake with a cream cheese layer. The frosting was harder and super sweet. The 'Rainbow Cake' was super pretty with its colorful layers, just like the pictures. Denser sweet chocolate cake. Both cakes were good, but my preference is for softer airier cake. And icing that's lighter and less sweet. The 'Chocolate Top Cookie' (each) was a softer sugar-cookie-like base with a generous glob of chocolate frosting on top. This I'd probably not get again. The 'Black Bottom Cupcake' was super moist and yums, recommended. This I would get again. Sides: I got the 'Attman's House Salad' with Russian dressing. It was a decent sized salad, you could add different protein options on. Blend of tomatoes and lettuce. The 'Homemade Potato Salad' and the 'Homemade Coleslaw' were packaged in smaller sauce containers. Both were nice accompaniments for the sandwiches. I also got the 'Bubbie's Matzo Ball Soup'. The matzah/matzo ball was packaged in a separate tub from the soupy portion. There were good potions of vegetables and soup. It was my first time trying out a matzo ball, definitely interesting. The dough-flour bite went well with the hot chicken flavored soup. Overall, I got a bit of everything in my to-go DoorDash order to try thing out. It's very different from the types of food I usually get. This was a good experience. I really liked the corned beef sandwich here, highly recommend that. Try this place out if you have the time!

The inside is actually so charming with a lot of historic cabinets and stain glass details that I was not expecting at all. It's right off Falls Rd so very centrally located. You go to the deli counter, place your order, and then pay at the cash register up front. The menu is huge and overwhelming for a first timer. I got the Italian cold cut with everything on it on the gluten free roll. My boyfriend got the Black Russian on rye which came with roast beef, swiss, and coleslaw. We also got a small side of the broccoli salad. I loved the sandwich. It was stacked with yummy meat and flavorful sauce. I wish I would've added banana peppers for an extra kick though. It's been forever since I've had an Italian cold cut because so many places don't offer GF bread and if they do, it's usually sad white bread that falls apart the minute you touch it. The GF roll was pretty solid and stayed in tact. Next time, I'll probably get a hot sub since the flavor and texture of the roll would be better if it was toasted. The broccoli salad was delicious too with bits of bacon and a sweet sauce. I'd definitely return here in the future!

It is a very unassuming carryout/dine-in deli. They do a healthy carryout business. The menu is loaded with goodness. Everything sounded like something you'd love to sample. The young man at the register could not have been more helpful and told us what the most popular item was... the cheesesteak sub. He said his personal favorite was the MD Crab Grilled Cheese. It has a blend of 4 cheeses, lump crab meat, and Old Bay Aioli. I knew I had to try it. They are generous with the crabmeat! I got it with a mixed whole grain bread. Out of this world delicious. I could only finish half. In the past, I have had versions of this that were greasy, not so with this 1. My husband opted for the large size Mobtown Classic sub. It was enormous, well stuffed. And when they say well stuffed, they mean it in the truest sense of the word. The sub roll was nice and fresh. He had them brown it, so it would be less wet. Half of that went home. All in all, it was delightful. Really good food and plenty to enjoy later. Dine in is limited, only 3 tables. Cold Coke beverages are available. We will be back.
