I've been shopping at this particular Aldi for about a year now as it is very close to my house. I really like their selection of produce and meats. I am able to satisfy all of my vegetable and fruit needs, for the most part, and I love their selection of fish (some frozen, some pre-seasoned) and frozen seafood. I've not yet sampled their beef, nor pork, items, but the chicken I've bought has been high quality and froze well. Aldi's is limited however, I can't find the fresh herbs that I'd like, nor specific name brands, but that's ok, I can find those items at more expensive stores since I save so much at Aldi. read more

The store is very clean, neat, and well-organized, with a great selection of products. It's fully stocked, and the staff is incredibly friendly. We ended up buying many items we hadn't planned on and took them with us on our way back home. read more

Really? Not a great experience - even for an Aldi. Super crowded (to be fair I came at 12 noon on a Tuesday during the lunch rush) and frazzled staff. I had no idea that this Aldi existed, that was until they sent me coupon for free money. Y'all know me and my thrifty nifty frugal fanatical ways can't turn down free money, so here it go. Apparently, the location has been remodeled. I mean it is really nice, it is located pretty much on Washington and Caton maybe Patapsco Ave. Pretty easy to spot from the road as the sign is fairly high. Parking is great, I've hardly been there when there were more than a handful of cars in the lot. Same deal as all the other Aldi's, keep your Aldi quarter in the car for your shopping cart, and bring plenty of bags so that you won't have to buy them. The store is well organized and clean, there is a nice selection of produce and meats. I've noticed that this location appears to have more organic and gluten free options than others that I have frequented. You really can't beat the prices of those things, especially at how delicious they are. So far I haven't had to wait in a massive line which is cool, I'm happy as it isn't as crowded as some of the others in the area...hmph maybe they didn't get the coupon. Either way if they keep sending me free money, I'll keep going. Winna! read more

This place is really nice after the remodel. And has lots of potential for offerings. However the timeliness there it was poorly stocked. Not sure why there was no impending snow or bad weather. The keep the likes short for the most part which is greatly appreciated compared to some of their competitors in the area. read more

I don't go to Aldi very often. I've heard all the hype, but I don't really get it. Are the prices cheaper? I suppose, but not so much that I've noticed. They have a good selection of items, but not a great selection. You can usually find a generic version of something you're looking for, but it will probably be the only one they have. I am disappointed that they only have milk in gallon sizes, for example. Their meat selection is impressive, although you never know what they're going to have. That is true in all sections, I guess. Not much point in bringing a shopping list if you're going to have to stop somewhere else anyway. The deposit for carts is only a minor pain, unless you can't find a quarter, but I am annoyed they don't have shopping baskets if you only need a few items. read more

Aldi's is one of my go to stores for the majority of my grocery needs. This store has everything from produce to spices, to frozen food. Granted they aren't your typical grocery store so you won't find everything but the items that they have are decent value and the prices are excellent. I typically visit the Glen Burnie or the Morrell Park locations because they're the locations that are closest to me. Suggestions My suggestions for this store is to make sure you have a quarter and your own grocery bags; the quarter to use the carts (to keep the parking lot free of runaway carts) and your own cloth grocery bags (because they charge you $.10 for the plastic bags and $.05 for a brown bag.) Savings In my personal opinion, Aldi's is an efficient way to shop rather than spending 10% or more at your chain grocery stores. Aldi's is a great way to save money and stay on a budget due to the value of what you get opposed to other stores where you get the same product for more money and lesser value. Customer Service Staff members are generally kind and courteous and most importantly efficient while switching carts and checking you out. One ting that I love about this place is that even though its considered a discount store, staff members aren't loud and ghetto, they're professional and neatly dressed. I especially love some of the ladies at the Morrell Park Aldi's who remember who you are and don't mind "checking in". Great store, prices and quality of items; a definite 4 stars! read more

Nice basic grocery store with good prices that you can get in and out of and not be there all day. The lines are usually short as the cashiers are efficient and well staffed unlike at some other places. Pro tip: remember to bring a quarter so you can get a buggy! read more

I give this location a 4 star for being clean and having friendly staff! Drawback of this location is that on the regular, there are only 2 check out lanes open. So it's a little harder getting out than it is getting in. Lol if you are not familiar with Aldi, the prices here are much cheaper than most other grocers and the food is always fresh. They even have an increasing organic section. They charge for the bags, BUT if you simply bring your own bags that's not an issue. You are also allowed to use boxes from the store if you have to. The shopping carts have a quarter system on them where you need a quarter to unlock them. However, when you are finished with the cart, you get your $.25 back...for those who see that as a dilemma. Overall it is a great place to shop. I have yet to have a bad experience at an Aldi's! Check it out you'll love it! read more

Excellent grocery store for anyone on a budget. Their prices are typically lower for most things you would buy. Also the place is well organized and efficiently laid out as one would expect with a German origin. The disadvantages are primarily in the lack of variety in fresh foods and gigantic selection of frozen and processed foods. So if you like eating healthy this is not a bad place to save a few bucks, just expect to be creative with the more limited options. Oh and bring your own bags. read more

This place saves me a ton of money and a great deal of time. Bring your bags and a quarter for a cart and shave about $50 off your grocery bill. Produce can be hit or miss but generally better than Shoppers. Best pork sausage I've ever had. Great prices! Many of the same items as trader Joe's at a better price and different packaging but again it's the same private label branding grocery store. It's small but always well stocked and generally have everything I need. $100 goes a very long way at Aldi. Cheers! read more

Very good selection of groceries. You will definitely save money. They have all kinds of interesting food items. A lot of the interesting items lean toward European flavors. Cheese selection is pretty nice. Plus they have quite a bit of gluten free options like bread, crackers, soup, cereal, and frozen options. read more
