I stuck with the classic and found it simple and satisfying She recommended one of the other salads (the asian salad) to my mom- with grilled chicken breast or shrimp. My mom's first job waitressing job in highschool was at a greek diner and upon discovering the Johnson Diner is greek, she had to try their Mousaka $21 served with a generous portion of greek salad. Being a manager or "boss" should never mean speaking to a customer as though they should be afraid or intimidated. I was simply trying to address a problem with my order and expected a respectful conversation and an attempt to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the interaction with Jose was enough for me to decide that I will not be ordering from Skyview Diner again. Customers deserve to feel respected when spending their money at any establishment.
