Took frame to a very zombie-like individual and was told it would take 2 hours. Received call in less than 2 hours, only to be told they ordered the wrong size for the replacement. Was told the replacement of the replacement would take 2 weeks. When I remarked that was the original promise and it took 6 (six!) weeks, the zombie replied with a laugh, 'Oh, the glass was here in 2 weeks. Guess nobody called'. Picked up my frame from the zombie and told it to cancel all replacement efforts. Would not deal with this outfit. Too little attention to detail and too much zombie-ness.

Following…read moreinstallation I was left with considerable damage to wall surrounding windows: torn surfaces of interior wallboard surrounding window frames, cracks of wallboard inself, tears of wall surfaces, unpainted wood framing, open nail holes. When contacted Paul Stitler said things just happen and I would just have to get someone to repair the damage (at my expense). Two neighbors who recently had window replacement confirmed that their installers took care of any problems and left them with perfect installations. I tried the bigger names in I was faced with sticker shock at the prices they charged. I'm so happy I found a local company Frank and Jim's to do the work. The installers came out on time, they worked clean, they worked as a team, they were professional and the work was done in no time at all. My box window is breathtaking.
