I got home, fired up the electric stove and within 50 minutes we were eating a delicious, perfectly cooked meal. I will definitely do this again with Topsail, like once a summer. This is not inexpensive. It is a splurge. I could prep it all myself but it would be complicated, time consuming and I'm unsure I would get the items to all come out cooked correctly. I followed the directions to a tee, even allowing 4 extra minutes for the shrimp and lobster. I drained it and poured it onto the table for dinner. Well it was pretty much a fiasco. Most of the shrimp were not cooked, so I had to gather them all up and cook them longer. The potatoes for the most part were hard and not cooked, so I had to remove those and cook them again. The sausage was pink inside, so that needed to be re-cooked. And lastly, the lobster tails were so rubbery that we could not eat them. So instead of enjoying a nice seafood dinner, my time was spent jumping up and down from the table re-cooking the uncooked food! We were all very disappointed because we had been very much looking forward to this family dinner. I wish them much success, but I don't think that we will be back and unfortunately, I don't think that I would recommend their business to my friends.
