Food - broiled fish was drowning in broth but somehow the meat itself was quite dry. Clam chowder had no clam chowder flavor and no clams to speak of that I could see. Tasted like salty milk and cream. Crab soup was inedible- it was over salted in the extreme. Maybe they knocked a five lb box of kosher salt into the pot that night and decided to sell it anyway. Picked up for dinner. The customer service was a bit intimidating at first, but after figuring things out, it was okay. Everything we got was amazing. It was cooked perfectly, it was fresh and the pastas had a great amount of seafood. If you're considering trying it, go for it. I'm positive you won't regret it. Highly recommend calling to order close to when they open. During the summer it's not uncommon to need to wait over an hour for food, but they have no problem with you ordering at 3 and asking to pick up at 6. There are a few picnic tables but it is primarily a take out place. Can get the seafood prepared or fresh, and most of what we've gotten has been good. Typically get broiled options with choice of sides and it's always nice and hot! Overall was tasty food, good value, mediocre service. I ordered ahead and was told the food would be ready in 35 minutes. I ended up waiting 45 minutes. Broiled to perfection, the meal included a huge crab cake (packed with crab meat and minimal filler - the way it should be), several scallops and shrimp, a decent sized piece of flounder, and, I believe a crab imperial. The best part was - all of the food was only $16.95. I also tried the lobster bisque that was so good, it inspired my girlfriend to make some of her own. I was told it would be ready at 545. I arrived finally by 620 it was ready. We'll I got all fried mixed up orders, I was told they were out of steamers. They told me they called my phone number which was not true. I received no shrimp to which I paid for and assumed it was in one of the bags. I was missing other items of food with the order. Two stars only because they refused to take our order. Though their posted closing hour on Thursday was 8:00 p.m., they stopped answering their phone by around 7:20. We stopped in shortly thereafter and they refused to serve us because they were already cleaning up. It was ready at 4:30 on the dot, order was correct, employees inside were really nice. 3 adults and 2 kids, we ordered: 2 kids meals, deviled clam cake, deviled crab cake, corn fritters app, fried shrimp/scallops platter, broiled crab cake platter, and coconut shrimp platter.
