I am always scared to trust my hair to anyone new but was in absolutely competent hands when I walked in and was greeted by Sugeiry (the manager). I requested a trim, roller-set and blow out and Sugeiry got right to work. I base alot on the first step (hair being washed) and she did a great job. My trim turned into a proper haircut (loosing some length) but I not only had alot of split ends but they were high on my hair shaft.....so it had to be cut and appreciate her assessing my hair, damage and how to get me back on track to growing it long. Sugeiry asks all the right questions which I feel is key to being a good beautician and offers great advice on caring for your hair at home. Super shiny and the color was lovely. But then I went on the website to check out the services. A glaze is listed as $35 alone or $20 with color. I had color. So technically it should be $20 not the $40 I was charged. I feel like I was ripped off. I wanted to love this place and find a new stylist. The groupon is deceptive- Hey we are giving you a deal but if you need a glaze (which most people do) you're going to end up with a huge bill! Surprise! I won't be returning.
