Owner is trashy. Made me wait hours for an appointment they were late for. The car I made an appointment to buy had a check engine light upon arrival. I had to wait another 2 hours just for them to "fix" the issue (if that's what they were really doing). And I still had to wait for another 2 hours for a detail after paperwork was signed. These guys are the best (Zack and Kyle). No gimmicks, no bait and switch, no hidden dealer fees or markups or unwanted add ons. They are very transparent and open about their cars. Carfax is made available to review for free. No hassles when you come to test drive. They drove the car to my local mechanic to allow me to get the car inspected prior to purchase. They agreed to fix the minor issues found at no charge. The struts needed replacing as well as a tire pressure monitor sensor. They were able to help me get that fixed at a third of the cost I would have paid at the local mechanic I trust!! Super happy with the purchase. These guys are solid and honest and helpful. Also, This car was 10 yrs old so they smog checked it already, which is good for two years. Came in and the bumper was pushed in, tail light cracked, and the ac was as hot as the Sahara. Acting like every bit of damage was negotiable. Very uncomfortable process. I wouldn't give this place one star if I didn't have to they have a Luis Pimentel that is supposedly a car broker posting their cars on his Facebook marketplace and he lies about cars. He's gonna sell you telling you that it's his own personal car and then know if ever shows up he plays games trying to sell them to multiple buyers because he thinks he can get other prices. The Carfax doesn't match up. He says he owns this car lot if he owns the car lot then why is he gonna sell his own personal vehicle to Carmax? He showed me a Carmax offer. He was supposed to bring the car out and show it twice and never showed up. I had multiple excuses. I called Zach and told Zach about him saying he owned the car lot. I purchased a 2014 tesla model s in February 2024 ŵhen I arrived at the dealership the vehicle was not there waited 2 hrs for the vehicle to arrive when I asked how much longer it would be the salesman informed me and my husband that they were changing the 12v battery I did not think anything of it so they finally brought the car over and my husband and I test drove the car and thought it was fine so fast forward to november 2024 the car gave me a 12v battery warning pull over Immediately had the car towed to tesla tesla said i needed to replace the hv batteries for a total of 16000 dollars because the hv batteries were not charging the 12v battery come to find out there was two screws drilled thru the hv cabel to a fuse on top of the 12v battery to make a connection You can't go through lemon law because the vehicle is two thousand and fourteen but I will be taking other action I feel they rigged it just to get it off the lot. And sold cant trust anyone now days so be careful when choosing this dealership read more

DO NOT CONDUCT ANY BUSINESS HERE If I could leave a -0 I would lmao. They begged me to take my original review down if they fixed my car but clearly my car isn't fixed nor in a position to work. This place is so damn janky it's not even funny. I almost lost my life including my little brothers due to my car stopping while crossing the intersection. They took advantage of me being a new driver and a first time car buyer. Within the first MONTH of me buying the car it kept breaking down. And the guy that sold me the car stopped answering me. I got so mad I just got a tow truck to drop it at that location and once they got the car back, that's when I receive a call... MONTHS LATER. They wanted to work with me after my review. Fixed the car and I took it to go get a diagnosis and they gave me a list of problems wrong with the car that Shoreline Auto did not mention nor listen on the car fax information. I took it to shoreline auto to fix the repairs JUST to be met with the same problem again. I was so pissed about the amount I was paying out of pocket for the car I decided to do a voluntary repossession due to the cost of repairs. My credit is ruined.
