The manager is kind of a dick. The old owner is super cool and would clean any car and has great customer service. But this manager guy has said no multiple times and is very rude about it. He said he rather keep easier cleaning cars going through the line. Even though we are happy to pay for the detail service. Can no longer recommend this place. While this service was highly recommended by a friend, my experience fell far short of expectations, especially for the price. I purchased the Ultimate Car Wash for $42.00 with the specific need for a thorough, hands free wash, for me, due to an injury. Unfortunately, the service was not completed properly, leaving me with significant work to do at home. Key issues I noted upon delivery: · The rear window was still visibly dirty. · The entire driver's side of the vehicle had not been properly washed. · The trunk was not vacuumed as included in the service. For a premium "Ultimate" package, this lack of basic attention to detail is unacceptable. The value proposition was entirely lost; I essentially paid a premium only to have to finish the job myself. Given the cost, I cannot recommend this service in its current state. For the quality received, a basic $15.00 wash would have been a more reasonable expectation. I hope management can address these consistency issues so that future customers receive the complete service they pay for. read more

I paid for the ultimate car wash but got the ultimate disappointment. They did not vaccum nor wipe down the inside of my car even though it was part of the package. It's been difficult to find a car wash that does some interior cleaning too. Finally found one by South Shore Center! $39.99 for the Ultimate wash, plus $3 each for vacuuming the floor mats. They did a fine job for the price. This is not your high end detailing, it's affordable and fast. First vacuuming, then through the touch-less car wash. Then a couple guys start spraying and cleaning the inside and wheels. I requested vanilla fragrance, it was very nice. I would definitely recommend for a quick cleaning. read more

Honestly this place is all about getting your car in and out and they don't care about quality. It's definitely quantity over quality when it comes to this car wash. It honestly shouldn't even be considered a hand car wash for the simple fact that they smear your windows up worse than when you came, don't dry your car off well so when you drive off weather droplets fly everywhere and they barely use smell good in your car when you ask for it. For true value it's not worth it and I will not be wasting my money here in the future. It's not even worth it for the convenience. I'm not sure why this place gets bad reviews. I've been taking my ( Audi) here for years. These guys do great work and I don't think I paid a lot. So it's awful to see people give them bad reviews for such hard work. I think people want miracles and they want them cheap. It also bothers me when I go there and you don't see people tipping. I paid 39.99 for a cleaning of my vehicle inside and out. I didn't get that. They didn't clean the dashboard at all. As for the wheels they didn't do a good job. I was pretty wary about bringing my car here after seeing the mediocre reviews. But my other place I loved closed. They are not a hand wash and I did cringe seeing brooms being used to prescrub my SUV before going through the wash. But I am pleased with the results. Inside vacuumed and wiped down. Windows clean. I have been their customers for the past 32 years since I moved to California. The quality of service has kept going downhill. The price has never been cheap too. There were dirts and the streaks left after wash inside and out. When I pointed them to the manager and told him I have been their customer for over 30 years, he told me it is under new management. Going to this car wash is kind of like being attacked by animals. They order you around and barely give you time to get out of your car before pushing you along. I couldn't even tell them anything about my car!! One man even told me to stop talking. My windows were not rolled up and I had to tell them! If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I paid for the Ultimate Wash ($39.99) plus $15 for a hand wash, and the results were extremely disappointing. The interior did not meet even basic expectations--it was still dusty throughout. I wasn't expecting full detailing quality, but at the very least, it should have looked clean. What made the experience worse was discovering black marks all over my right passenger rim after I got home. Whatever product was sprayed on the tires leaked onto the rim and dried up. It was not easy to remove--I spent about 30 minutes scrubbing just to get it off. I contacted them about the issue. The manager asked me to bring the car back so they could check it, but by then I had already removed residue. He claimed they didn't clean rims and only apply grease to the tires, and that it should "easily wipe off," which clearly was not the case. Between the poor quality of the wash and the lack of accountability in customer service, this was a very frustrating experience. I will not be bringing any of my cars back and would not recommend this business to others. First time customer and it's also the last - never again. read more

They didn't wash down the weather tech mats and barely even vacuumed them. Wheels left dirty. Poop stains remain. Windshield stains remain. Half-assed job overall. Got the "works wash" with 4 steamed mats. The service is really good the guys are always kind and friendly but definitely miss a few spots when cleaning the interior. It's expected as this isn't a in depth interior detail but like I think for paying 40$ it's a little crazy for the doors and the dash to not have been wiped at all. read more

First and foremost - PLEASE avoid this wash and pay attention to the negative reviews on car scratches. Absolutely terrible experience. This is the LAST time visiting this car wash - requested an exterior car wash and left with HUGE/NUMEROUS scratches on my trunk. Called to report the scratches and was told to bring the car back for inspection. Desi Calzada is the most ill profession, lack of respect, and rude individual I've ever met. He gave blatant excuses claiming "you put groceries here" (I don't), "you have the gas pump here" (I don't), "you have other scratches" - WE HAVE THESE TRUNK SCRATCHES BECAUSE OF YOUR TERRIBLE WASH/DRY practices. He refused to believe microfiber clothes carry rocks or debris that could ultimately create scratches (as shown). Did not take any accountability or empathy and pushed us to report to insurance. What a colossal waste of $40 dollars! I paid for the works and they barely cleaned the inside, didn't vacuum my trunk, didn't put the new car scent, etc. I went there years ago and it was fantastic. About six months ago I went and they didn't do a good job. I thought maybe it was just an off day or something so I gave it another try today. Never again. They charged me for an SUV increasing the cost by two dollars. I hope they appreciate this incremental revenue, because I won't be coming back. I have a Mazda CX 30, which is technically considered a subcompact crossover, it's no bigger than any other normal car. I could've brought my F250 in for the same price? Makes no sense. They are literally washing ur dirty car for you. Wash it yourself and stop being dirty. despite the terrible reviews, and despite prior experience with this car wash, I decided to give them another shot today. They are still a 1-star experience.They left the interior of the car with such a strong pine smell that it was I watering. And they left dirt on the exterior of the car. whatever they put on the black plastic trim stained it with a white powdery color. Of course they made no effort to clean it off. Rightnow, as I drive down Park Street toward Oakland, and as I glanced into my filthy rearview mirror, I asked myself, "self, why did you waste your money once again at this terrible car wash?" do not let any name changes fool you.
