Gavin took the time to research and get products that would deal with the variety of pet smells we've encountered. It was a major improvement from what we had before, and more than what I could do on my own with pet store products, baking soda, etc. It might cost more than the run through car wash inside and outside package, but Gavin definitely puts in the work.
