They have a bunch of dollies on site and their shop is very fairly priced if you need a lock, boxes or packing material. The building is gated making it even more secure. I've also experienced multiple occasions where my access PIN didn't work, and there were no employees available to help. Their reply was that "storage lockers are broken into all the time. The Seattle police do nothing about it." I asked for changes to their security and assurances from SS that my remaining stuff would be secure. They did nothing. Again in April 2026 the thieves came (SS wouldn't admit how many lockers were hit this time!). I removed my stuff and cancelled my account. Unprofessional management and innacurate policies only made the storage experience worse.
