I've been in many times before, but I just wanted to share that I had another wonderful experience and a delicious Oreo/cake batter shake. I can't remember the woman's name, but she was very sweet and had my shake ready to go. I had an old rewards card and she was very accommodating, I really appreciated it! In addition to their extensive menu, they have monthly shake and tea flavors. Yesterday I tried the white chocolate raspberry cheesecake shake. Omg!!! The ladies working were so friendly! The place was very small cute and cozy. I was the only person in at the time and the cashier was patient with me since it being my first time in there. Majority of the menu looked yummy. Filled with energy teas and protein shakes with various flavors. Absolutely love this place! Went here on opening day last fall and have fallen in love with it ever since! There are so many delicious options for a filling shake or a refreshing/energizing tea. A friendly, fresh, and clean shop offering meal replacement-type shakes and fat burning "teas," Shores Nutrition is a quick option for when you need something on the go or to keep you full for a few hours. I usually pick up a shake after I drop my dog off at Camp nearby in the morning, and I am full until lunch or later in the afternoon. The two main concepts are a fat burning "tea" which can be used in conjunction with their protein shakes, but you can get either/or, you don't have to get both. I usually get a shake only, which is always delicious. They have tons of flavor options and a list of seasonal that have been quite yummy. I'm not a huge pumpkin spice fan, but I did try their pumpkin hot chocolate which was perfect, not an overwhelming amount of pumpkin spice, just a touch. Looking forward to their Christmas/winter menu! One thing to note - the tea is not a traditional tea by any means. I am a tea purist, and this tea is nothing like the tea most of us think of. It's an iced, flavored tea that comes in a tablet that is crushed and mixed in with the flavor special of the day or their other normal flavors. It is also fizzy. I got a green tea expecting the normal green tea flavor but it was a lot fruitier than what I expected. I also kind of got the jitters from it, but I am sensitive to caffeine, so I'm sure it was just me. In addition to the tons of flavors the shakes offer, there are several add-ins such as additional protein, fiber, immunity booster, etc. If it is your first time visiting, you will receive a complete run-down of the teas, shakes, add-ins, and filling out your request. Staff has always been friendly and open to answering all questions. From a quick glance at their canisters and meal-replacement bars it looks like Herbalife is a company they are affiliated with. read more

My friend told me abt this place, I am trying to lose weight and this is a healthy alternative! Sometimes eating right can be hard and Diets are not fun.. I'm usually not really huge into tea, but this tea was amazing and didn't even really taste like "tea" they have a large menu with tons of flavors to choose from. My shake with fat burner (donut shot) tasted soooo goood! You would have no idea that it was healthy! It is a little bit on the pricy side, but you have to remember that this is a meal replacement. You'd normally spend anywhere from $6-$15 on a lunch (at least I do) but I stayed full for about 3-4 hours after drinking the tea and the shake. Usually when I eat a meal I'll be hungry again right away The establishment was very clean and the associate was super friendly and helpful. When you are charging $12 for a drink (and that's not even the mega tea) you don't just leave them off to the side. There were people calling in drinks and I just continued to wait on mine. This place is so neat, nothing like it in the area! I'm kind of skeptical of "health shakes" because they always have that funky aftertaste. I will drink them, but I don't usually like them much. WELL lemme tell ya about Shores Nutrition-- first of all they have so many different kinds of shakes to choose from that are all around or under 200 calories. Some of them are vegan or gluten free, and it's really easy to follow on the menu! I wanted to try so many, and I ended up going with chocolate turtle cheesecake, this shake wass INCREDIBLE! It was so yummy, no funky protein taste, packed with vitamins and nutrients, and legitimately kept me full for 4 hours! Along with the shake, you order a tea too. You can add more nutrients based on what you need, but baseline tea boosts your metabolism so you burn 80-100 calories just from drinking the tea!! I got a lemon raspberry tea with mango aloe and lemon lime liftoff. It was amazing--so refreshing and also tasted like a strawberry lemonade rather than a healthy, nutrient packed tea. This combo was $12, but was way more nutritious (and delicious) than some other breakfast options out there! Now onto the employees, they were great!
