Like any other tropical cafe. Maybe a little slow. There was like one other person in there and it was a wait for two bowls and two smoothies, but the costumer service was good. I would recommend ordering ahead on their app if in a rush. I ordered two detox smoothies and the hummus veggie bowl and Baja chicken bowl. The detox smoothie is not bad, but is not sweet. It does say naturally sweetened. It's not naturally sweet to me, and apple is naturally sweet, but not this smoothie. I think it's good if you are detoxing. Not adding artificial sugars. For the bowls the Baja is really good. The hummus bowl was good but could of had more in it. It was kinda skimpy on beans and rice. Also if you don't like kale skip it. I would go for Baja bowl. Also the kettle chips are delicious. Goes to tropical smoothie to be healthy and gets chips.‍

These places really get it done: quick, healthy, clean. Options for vegans/vegetarians. They have a great app so you don't even have to mess with cash/coins. This is a restaurant chain for the present and the future. You'll feel good about yourself because it's good for you, too....

Hands down the best in town, love the Island Green. Good prices on salads and sandwiches too.

The Smoothies here are crazy BIG, crazy good, and worth every penny! I was shocked at how big they were...and I'm still working on it!

They have Dr Browns soft drinks and all the flavors! The matzoball soup is amazing def 9 out of 10. The sandwiches are top notch. The meat is super fresh and the rye bread is fresh and perfect. And you can get them to grill whatever you order right in front of you. To top it all of the atmosphere is an experience. Like walking into a NY deli in the 70s. I highly recommend to anyone in the area. And worth the trip if you are not from the area.

The inside has an old-school diner vibe, which could be charming, but the overall experience didn't quite match. Staff interaction was neutral--not unfriendly, but not particularly welcoming either. My husband ordered the Lynne sandwich and I had the Adele, along with a bowl of matzo ball soup. The soup was definitely the highlight--flavorful and comforting--but at nearly $9 for a bowl, it felt overpriced for what you get. Unfortunately, the sandwiches didn't live up to expectations. The meat was piled in the center of the bread, leaving the ends with little to nothing in each bite, which made them feel poorly constructed and just overall mediocre. We were also surprised by the number of upcharges--extra for toasting the bread, extra for grilling, and even a 3% fee for using a credit card. It all adds up quickly. For two sandwiches and a shared soup, our total came to just over $40, which felt steep given the quality. It's disappointing because we wanted to like this place, but the high prices just didn't align with the food or experience. Unfortunately, we'll likely be crossing Uncle Harry's off our list.

I'm not sure if these are Celiac friendly BUT they have amazing Gluten Free Chicken Tenders. They were crispy and moist, definitely seem house made. I am also in love with their potato salad. Also, GREAT RANCH. (It's the runny kind and definitely made in house) Additionally, someone in my party got the Matzo Ball Soup and said it was very delicious. Same with the Maurice Salad. Their Rice Pudding was incredible! They really do a wonderful job and I am grateful we have one on the east side

It has a cute, classic diner feel--nothing recently updated, but it was clean and comfortable. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful, which we appreciated. We brought our three young kids and ordered them each a kids meal: chicken tenders with fries, spaghetti, and a cheeseburger with fries. The portions were generous and we even had leftovers, but at $10 per kids meal, the pricing felt pretty steep. We started with the bread basket and pickles, which were both good. My husband ordered the Monterey Jack chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy. He first tried the chicken noodle soup but thought it had a sour aftertaste, so he switched to the beef barley, which unfortunately wasn't much better. His chicken entrée had good flavor, but it was just one thin, butterflied chicken breast. I ordered the New Yorker with fries, which I enjoyed--it was solid and satisfying. When the bill came to around $80, it just didn't feel justified for a deli/diner-style meal. Overall, the food was okay, but the pricing felt high for what you get--especially for a family outing. I might stop in again solo for a sandwich, but we likely won't be bringing the whole family back, mainly due to the cost of the kids meals.
