This year I desperately needed my two sliding screen doors re-screened and did not want to attempt it myself, so I was happy to find Ace offers this service. It's kind of expensive (about $90 for the two sliding doors) and it took almost four weeks to get them back (the work is done off-site) but they look great. These doors were a mess, with old, sunburned duct tape goo hardened along the bottoms and dirt-clogged wheels. I had patched and taped these poor battered screens for far too long. When I got them back, they looked almost new; completely cleaned, freshly-greased wheels, and taut screens! Great job, people, I'm very pleased.

When I asked the manager why he cancelled my order he stammered on about the store's business model vs. corporate ACE. Apparently I arrived in the middle of some sort of feud between this store and Fratallone Ace, preventing fulfillment of orders promised by their website (?).
