The car wash is pretty useless. I'm sitting in it now as I write this review. No idea why I keep coming back. Be aware that it's not always open when you purchase gas. I bought a car wash while filling up in the evening. Nowhere does it list hours open of the car wash. So you can pay for a car wash, drive around and it doesn't even work. Parking lot is crowded usually but that's just a result of it being the only gas station in the area. read more

Sometimes the pumps are extremely slow, like 15 minutes to pull gas I assume that's what happens when gas is low? It's just ridiculous but also I guess it's very busy At times bc of the location and not much other options around If you go during the peak hours it can be busy but now it seems they are staffed just fine. Many of the pumps don't work. The most annoying part about that is that they aren't marked. And you go through the whole thing of debit or credit, what's your zip code, no I don't want a car wash, no I don't want to join your rewards club then are notified that the pump isn't working. I drive way out of my way to avoid this gas station because, just wanting to fill my tank, I'm subjected to a very loud and very annoying video screen blaring content in which I have no interest. I'm a hostage to somebody's marketing plan and don't appreciate it. Plus, the pumps are very slow, which just draws this torture out. Not that people check yelp on gas stations, but I have to review the place. The sole good thing I can say is that they take king soopers card. But no matter how many points you have, you only get a dime off at most. Anyway, the car wash is awful. It is like they are trying to save money by not using enough of the tri color soap. The dryer is so weak that it doesn't dry your car, it just blows the water into visible streaks. Then there's the pumps. The computers in them are so slow that you feel like saying screw it and not using your king soopers card at all. The staff is rude and the bathroom is so filthy you'd rather hold it. I would agree with most of the other reviews on here, the prices are usually decent but the service is pretty bad! I really don't ever have to go inside since all I get is gas but the few times I have gone inside they weren't exactly the nicest people. They are the only gas station in town and the nearest other station would be Boulder or Niwot, so your choices really are limited. Since its Shell the gas should be good quality, I wish the service was.the same. read more

a) Gas prices here are always 10 cents higher than anywhere else in town. Why? Because they accept the local grocery store's "rewards" card which gets you a "10 cent" discount. Makes sense doesn't it? b) Pumps. The slowest pumps on earth. I timed it once and it took ~10 minutes to pump 8 gallons. c) The area this station is in is developing more. Don't get a car wash here. Just spray your car with water from a hose--same result. There are no instructions and no indication as to how to proceed thru the machine, yet when your car comes out dirty you are yelled at because "you entered too fast!" (I entered very slowly). Also difficult to read the display where you input the purchase code, and easy to miss that you need to push "Enter" after punching in the code. No discount for getting your tank filled up. When purchasing at the pump, there is no indication of how much each wash option costs. read more

Checked out with 2 energy drinks on sale for 2/$2.50, cashier wouldn't honor the sale price even though it was clearly marked on the door where they were located. Never seen such horrendous customer service. read more
