If my doc sends in a script, I have been able to get my meds refilled that same day most of the time. When I call, I do have to wait on hold for a minute or two but I barely notice because it isn't for very long at all. All the staff I've interacted with have been on the friendly side, and they pretty much always have my medication in stock. In my experience, they are actually willing to help, too, and don't treat patients like an inconvienience. I think there was a period of time where a lot of pharmacies were understaffed and I think the negative reviews of this Walgreens might be from that era- and therefore a little outdated. Overall I have been really pleased with my experience at this location!
