Went to this shop, the guy at the counter told me that he didn't know if he had a tire for my truck, he told me to drive my car around the back of the shop and they will assist me with getting a tire. When I drove around the back, there was no attendant there to assist, so I walked up to ask for help. As i asked for help the two white men continued to ignore me. I spoke up thinking maybe it was my low tone. The white guy (mechanic)asked what I needed standing 50ft away from me, I asked if he could come to me because I didn't want to scream across the room, while asking him something due to the noise in the shop. He proceeds to walk towards me as if he was coming to help then turns around and says I'm busy and walks away, ignoring me. The other employees looked at me and laughed, as if they really thought he did something. I walked to the front to advise the guy that initially told me to go to back of what happened, and he says "well it's time for lunch". I immediately left the shop with my tires shredded in pieces, and took my service down the street to Salgado tires, where they handled me with respect, care, took care of my tire In a timely manner!! She addressed the remainder of my concerns with the appropriate department. I had food stains on the fabric on my front passenger seat from my Grandbabies. I asked what to use to clean the seat. I was pleasantly surprised by the awesome job Carlos in the Detail Department had done to clean the seat to look like new, for no charge. I also had a problem where my tag on the front bumper was getting bent. Matthew No. 2 of the Parts Department placed a frame around my tag that will keep it from getting bent. I then took it to Classic Subaru of Atlanta where they found I had a bent front wheel. so I'm sure Tony forgot to mention they had hit a pothole on the text drive that was so forceful it bent my wheel. I took my car to Rapid Rotation for my latest emissions inspection. They are station number…read moreGA000106. Jeffery did my inspection and he did a good job. He was friendly and got me in and out as quick as anyone reasonably could. What I appreciated most is he was familiar with my old car and its quirks. As my car has aged, I've had trouble getting it to pass emissions, not because of actual emissions problems (I've had my mechanic fix those), but because of electrical issues. Jeffery knew exactly what to do. The shop I get my car serviced at around the corner, Eurotech, referred me to Rapid Rotation. Because of the direct referral, Rapid Rotation knocked $5 off my emissions test fee. They charged me $20 when it's normally $25, so that was nice. Rapid Rotation is kind of like an older, smaller, locally-owned Discount Tire. It's more along the lines of a humble mom and pop shop. Unlike Discount Tire, they also do oil changes, change air filters, service transmissions, drain and fill radiators, service differentials, and change wiper blades. The prices seem fair and in line with other shops. For example, an oil change is $30 ($60 for full synthetic) and a transmission service is $125. There are two Rapid Rotation locations: this one in Marietta and one in Kennesaw. This one is in a small strip (East Marietta Automotive Center) with other auto service shops. The parking lot is packed with cars. The shop itself is old (over 20 years in business) and no-frills. They have a waiting room with windows into the garage (there's actually an "Emissions Test Viewing Area"), a TV, magazines, and a restroom for customer use. During my visit, the TV was tuned to CMT. They have three bays and I saw four employees working when I swung by during my lunch break.

I have been a repeat customer of this Mavis location for years and trusted them with our family's…read moreHonda CR-V. This began with a routine oil change and tire rotation. Immediately afterward, the vehicle sounded noticeably rougher. I returned the next day, and an employee rode with me to hear the noise. I was told the older tires being rotated to the front could be contributing, so I had them moved back. The noise only decreased slightly; the aggressive roaring sound during acceleration remained. Shortly after leaving, the low tire-pressure warning also appeared, requiring another return to Mavis. The following week, based on Mavis's recommendation that a bearing issue could be responsible, I authorized a bearing service costing approximately $699 before tax. I also purchased additional Michelin tires at approximately $242 per tire, for 4 new tires total. After that service, the vehicle was returned with a completely new and severe scraping/grinding sound underneath, at times sounding as though the bottom of the vehicle were scraping against concrete. The sound was concerning enough that I stopped driving it. The valve-stem caps were also missing from the newly installed Michelin tires. To be clear, the original roaring noise was never resolved by simply repositioning the tires, and this severe scraping/grinding noise was not present before the bearing service and latest tire installation. At this point my concern is not simply that something went wrong, but that the vehicle was released in that condition after extensive service to the tune of $2083.16 Returned vehicle and was informed the lower skid plate wasnt tightened.
