Very Disappointing Experience…read more I'm extremely disappointed with this dog boarding/daycare facility. We had used it before without issues, which makes this experience especially disappointing. Our dog stayed there from June 25 through July 9, 2026, with daycare twice a week. When we picked him up on July 9, we discovered a significant hole in his ear. No one had contacted us, and the receptionist said no injury was documented in his file. Staff could not explain what happened or identify which dog may have caused it. We were directed to the facility's veterinary hospital, where our dog had to be sedated, stitched, and treated with antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medication. He also had to wear a cone for three weeks. We were charged for the medications and requested reimbursement from both the veterinary hospital and daycare and yes we were reimbursed. The daycare offered only 10% off a future boarding stay and two free daycare days. We have no interest in returning and no longer trust this facility with our dog's care. Accidents can happen, but an injury requiring sedation, stitches, medication, and three weeks in a cone should have been documented and reported immediately. Instead, our dog is now missing part of his ear. This experience revealed serious failures in supervision, communication, documentation, and accountability.

Wag Hotels is the absolute best! I may never forgive my parents for picking me up so early. The…read morestaff treats me like absolute royalty here. I got belly rubs on demand, endless attention, playtime with new friends, and enough treats to make me question whether I should permanently relocate. Every time I walked in, the humans here knew my name and acted excited to see me -- which, as you can imagine, is exactly the level of celebrity treatment I deserve. The place was super clean, safe, and smelled surprisingly good for a building full of dogs making questionable life choices. My parents also loved getting updates and photos of me living my best life while they were away pretending to miss me. (Jasmine, Christina, Ericy, Iliana takes the best selfies of me!) By the time I got home, I was completely exhausted from all the fun, zoomies, and pampering from the staff. 10 out of 10 I would definitely board again and cannot wait until my next visit! Sincerely, Zorro

Dog lover beware, DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR ANIMAL'S WELLBEING. They have…read morezero toys in the dog common area for the dogs and They will not let your dog play with other dogs for fear that it will escalate, if your dog does start playing with another dog they will squirt it in the face with (hopefully) water spray bottle. Should your dog continue to try to play with other dogs they will call you and let you know that the dog will be in their room for the remainder of the day. This place needs to be investigated for animal welfare practices. Never have I ever heard so many people talk about how much they love dogs only for their actions to show differently. AVOID ALL WAG HOTELS AS IM SURE THIS IS THEIR COMMON PRACTICE.

I've been here a few times, but my latest experience has me looking for a different vet…read more I brought my senior cat in for a cough and completed the testing the doctor recommended, including a $300 second-opinion review after he noticed something that he felt needed further evaluation. I was told we'd receive the results within a few days, but I never got a call and had to repeatedly follow up myself. When I finally spoke with the doctor nearly a month later, he seemed to think we had already discussed the results. I had to remind him that we had only talked about the initial findings and that the entire reason I paid for the additional review was because he recommended it. I also requested my cat's medical records and was told they would be emailed to me, but they never were. The staff were always friendly and professional, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. My concern was never the friendliness of the team, but the lack of communication and follow-through. Had the findings been more serious, the delay in follow-up could have had much greater consequences. At the end of the day, I'd rather have prompt communication than have to repeatedly chase down results while worried about my pet's health. Time for a new vet.
