My sister unfortunately did not have the same experience as I did. She was booked with Vy. She was extremely rude, did not speak english and instead was talking back in forth in her native language but to the point that it made us uncomfortable and it was clear she did not want us to understand what she was saying. I spoke up and asked if there was something wrong because we were uncomforatable and she said no but the experience did not improve. She was aggressive with my sister, kept telling her to sit still , stop moving in a way that was not professional and then just walked away and left her in the chair. I will go back for Sue and for some of the other lovely people working there but I would recommend that people do not choose Vy if you want a positive experience.

The pedicure was not scheduled but with little fanfare Tracey was able to accommodate me. The salon is very clean, bright and well organized. Not a sweatshop ambiance.
