What followed was a complete nightmare of negligence, poor communication, property damage, and what I believe to be highly unethical behavior. Negligent Work Caused More Damage: Their team failed to properly cap a hot water line under my dishwasher during remediation, which led to additional, serious water damage throughout my kitchen. Rather than own up to their mistake, the company--through a rep named Denia--denied responsibility and tried to shift blame to another contractor. Encouraged Me to Mislead My Insurance Company: Denia directly instructed me to have a plumber falsify a service date and label the work as "leak detection" so I could open a second insurance claim. She also claimed to have spoken with Farmers Insurance and said the second claim would be approved. I refused to follow through with this dishonest plan, but I did file the second claim based on her suggestion--which caused even more confusion and stress. Mishandled My Property: They damaged a $400 baby stroller during storage and failed to return a small but valuable cabinet item ($50). Denia never gave me a full inventory of my packed belongings and avoided accountability for the missing and damaged items. No Accountability, No Resolution: To this day, they have not taken any steps to fix the damage they caused, reimburse the lost or broken items, or even provide an honest explanation.
