He was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. A sharp contast to the competitor we had dealt with prior. Matt set us up with a date and time for the move. Daniel & James showed up on time. They were careful with all moved pieces and got them out of the home without damage to the pieces or the home. They got to the destination home and were again careful and consientious in the placement and set up of the pool table and shuffle board table. They explained what they were doing, why they were doing it and tried to ensure we were informed and happy with their work. To watch them set up and evel both tables was a fascinating and insightful. In a class like this people's pots fall, or they mess up a throw often as they learn but Amy has such an optimistic attitude and helps people come up with what purpose their new creation can serve. The studio is well equipped and while taking a class you can come in outside of class time to throw and practice.
