Furthermore, if one checks the service area as defined by this company, one can easily see that Marietta is smack dab in the middle of his service area (see map of his service area with my location circled in red). They do what they say they will do when they say they will do it. Mr. Drake and his team showed up at my house around 7:30am this morning and were gone by 10:45am. They built my system for my current needs with the stubbing for additional growth (I will be totally relandscaping my backyard, removing loathsome shrubbery and trees). They stand behind their work with a lifetime warranty. Who does that anymore? You're doing something if you can get 3 to 5 years these days. Furthermore, if for any reason you have issues and need to reach them, you can call day or night and the number on the service sticker rings Mr. Drake's home. You may wonder why I'm gushing on and on. This has been a two year (three summer) journey between trying to get quoted and toying with doing the job myself (glad I did not do that!). I've been dealing with flakes, no-shows, folks wanting 50% deposits, supposed "lengthy lead times", you name it. I called Mr. Drake after doing what I always do, scouring home repair sites , google, yelp or what have you. I found him on Angie's List, after researching them, I put my info in. Mr. Drake called me the next day on a Saturday . That was two Saturdays ago. This is Thursday July 5, less than two full weeks later. I now have a completely installed and running irrigation system. As long as I have or plan to ever install a system wherever I move, this is going to be my company.

They charge $155 for the first hour which includes the trip charge and then $120 per hour for 2 guys thereafter, prorated for the actual time. They inspected and adjusted our whole system, replaced 5 sprinkler heads, relocated and replaced three other sprinkler heads, replaced one of the electronic valves, identified I must have a broken pipe, found the location and repaired it. all in 2 1/2 hours. And they were able to get out right away.

First I'll start by stating Chris from Atlanta Irrigation Services is very respectful of our time…read more I made an appointment and although the company is located on the opposite side of the city he showed up with flags in hand on time. We walked the property together and he was able to explain the entire process. I was skeptical as I've had several estimates from Facebook Marketplace and such sites that require upfront payment before any work is to begin. This was not the case with Atlanta Irrigation Services. We agreed that the property needed 7 zones which is about the same as some of the other quotes that I'd gotten. The biggest difference was the attention to my lack of knowledge of a sprinkler system. From different sprinkler heads to winterizing, the knowledge from Chris was extremely thorough and professional. Fast forward to the day of installation. The crew showed up at the crack of dawn ready for action. Again extremely impressive as I've had contractors tell you one thing and do something totally different. The install was estimated to take 2 days but the job was complete in 1 full day. I did not get pictures of the yard throughout the install and was a little nervous as the yard was trenched and dug up in so many different areas. To my surprise when the crew was complete the yard was in great shape. after a couple weeks you shouldn't be able to tell any work was done. Chris came out a few days later to ensure I knew how to operate the Bluetooth sprinkler control box, showed us where the emergency shutoff valve is located and ensured that we were comfortable and satisfied with the entire process. as you can tell I am extremely impressed with the entire process. From sales rep, crew, and follow up. We plan on reaching back out to Atlanta Irrigation Services after we build a garage in the back yard and actually our neighbor was impressed with the install and got a quote from Chris for their backyard. (Others were much longer.) He was worth the wait! Quickly diagnosed the issue with our 17+ year old system. Explained everything. Fixed it easily. Reasonable price for his time and expertise.
