They called me and said that the leak was from the rack and pinion and the cost would be $1400.00 I picked up my vehicle on a Thursday afternoon and by the time I drove to work 16 miles from my home I had no power steering again! Drop off car again! I spoke to Nate and said to him that they have me driving an unsafe vehicle. Not only was the power steering out, the fluid was all leaking out on to the manifold and was smoking like crazy. That could have led to a fire. I was laughed at . After my third time in with the same issue and a 1400 unnecessary repair. I asked again about the valve and guess what . It was the valve all along. Nothing I said when I took it in was written down or even listened to. I got half my money back but have lost all trust in them!! Rude employees, mechanic's that don't actually look at the original complaint or listen to what the customer has to say about their own vehicles.

The workmanship, body, paint and mechanical was so subpar it couldn't win a prize at a neighborhood block party. It is now at a quality shop being restored from scratch. No explanation was given for the subpar work except "it was difficult for us". They refused to offer any type of settlement and will not take my calls. A lawsuit has been started. I also have a GTO which they did the mechanicals and is still leaking after four years. I take it back to them every spring, they say they've fixed it, by fall it's leaking again.

Now it needs replacing again (why?!) .We have time so decided to DIY. Ordered manufacturer spec & number part from another vendor. It didn't fit! Verified mfr. specs again, order was correct. Turned out this Kitley's had SAWED OFF intrinsic mounting plate (where replacement section would join) from pipe!!! Then connected new piece with a sloppy amateur weld that cracked because line now had no support and vibrated so much while driving. I'm sure we paid them more than $1.00. They weren't worth it. Too bad, because we would like to support local businesses. Not this one.
