My husband does a lot of our car work so we didn't have a 'go-to' garage. When I asked my mom where she took her car she mentioned that she's been bringing cars to Showroom for many many years. Mom's been happy with their work for years, and now I'm happy with it as well. I had to recently have some work done to my father-in-law's car and it took a little bit of time to get the first appointment in (just under 2 weeks) so that wasn't an issue. We had questions about replacing the coils, should we replace all 8, should we test and only replace the bad ones, could I buy the parts somewhere else if I found them cheaper. They answered every question and talked through the options with me. In the end, we did all the spark plugs and they tested the coils and replaced the single bad one they found. We made another appointment and brought the car back to have the passenger window repaired a few weeks later. We'll definitely continue to bring work here. I can't say enough about Showroom Auto, but I will try! Kraig and Bruce are THE NICEST people I've ever met. They are just so pleasant. Add that to dealing with customers, cars, wrecks, other businesses... Nothing gets them down. Trustworthy and kind. I stopped here with a flat tire, nervous because I'm young, a woman, and seem like an easy person to scam. The man who helped me was not only knowledge, but extremely kind. He explained everything going on patiently and in a way that made sense to me, and gave me very good advice. He did not try to sell me tires, but instead just helped me and told me to leave free of charge. This place is awesome. Came in on a Friday morning with a used Honda CR-V that I was looking at buying down the street. They got us right in and spent a full hour nitpicking over the car, so I have an exhaustive list of things that need repair now vs. down the line.
