The washes are good. The unlimited wash plan is very attractive, unless a goose poops on your car while you use their "not-free" free vacuum, since you need to purchase a wash to use the vacuum. But anyways, a goose pooped on my car as I was vacuuming, and I entered the wash again. But when you purchase the unlimited plan, you're only allowed one wash a day. One of the employees said, "I shouldn't really do this, but I'll let it slide" and let me run my car through for the second time. So the unlimited plan isn't unlimited. It's just a single wash a day. They should've made that more clear. read more

Nice enough for a quick wash if you're not picky, but if your car is low to the ground like mine, it may get scratched as my bumper did. You also have to put in elbow grease to get smudges off the car with a microfiber towel, even with using the most expensive wash option. I'd recommend it for higher up cars, but not for low cars due to the layout. read more

Great place to gget a quick wash from too to bottom. The price is very inexpensive for what you get when uou pay $20. The monthly fee for unlimited washes is only $40. They even have an employee to do final touch ups by the vaccuum stations. read more

1st time visiting, reasonable price,the attendant taking the money didn't explain the details that Tyler who wiped windows down provided. Tyler was very friendly, explained the benefits of coming to this car wash. His overall demeanor was amazing. The 1st attendant help me with the card and entering the car wash, but their was no comparison to Tyler's energy. I will be back. My 300,000 mile daily driver admittedly does't get washed often! (Read - layers of ick!) After a quick Yelp search, I decided on a locally owned car wash, Showroom Shine. Thanks to excellent customer service from Jason, my old granola car is shinning head to toe. I really liked that I was able to vacuum and wipe down the car (with assistance) myself. I usually go to Blu Water Down the road, which I love. However, Facebook advertised this carwash place to me, and said if I gave "Showroom Shine" my email and phone number, I would get a free $22 carwash... so I decided to try it. Great. I signed up to try since I always pass them anyway. When I got there, there was a line as always, no biggie. But when I tried to enter the 6 digit code from my email, it would only let me enter 4 digits. I tried pressing help, but it just repeated instructions, and asked if I wanted Spanish. I tried a few times, same result. The barcode scanner only works for paper, not phones, so that wasn't an option either. With a line of people behind me, I had no choice, but to pay $22. When I came out on the other side, I thought surely they'll just refund me on the inside. I parked my car and went inside, showed the employee my email, and explained what had happened. The girl said they don't offer reimbursements, and get this, "that I should have honked my horn for help." I asked her how would I have known to do that considering there is no sign ANYWHERE and I had never been there? She said, "Well, that's just what we tell people to do." and then she says... "This email is good for 4 more days. You can come back." I said, "I JUST washed my car! I am NOT coming back in four days!" This is TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE customer service!! Holy moley!! I will never go back there because of how I was treated. I will forever go to Blu Water down the road, and I will tell everyone I know to take their business to Blu Water as well. I would give this car wash a five star review for everything except the hours. They don't open till 8:00 AM and most people are already at work. DO NOT GO HERE!! THEY DO NOT CHECK THEIR EQUIPMENT AND DO NOT CARE IF THEY DAMAGE YOUR CAR! I was at Showroom Shine today and I got the $15 service. As I finishing my wash, a windshield wiper blade flew out of the wash as I was exiting. It left several scratches on my car. The wiper must have been stuck in the brushes that clean the cars bc it wasnt my wiper or the person in front of me! When talking to the "manager" he tried to make it seem like my car came in that way, and theres nothing they can do! They didnt even offer me my money back! When the employees went to check the wash, they also found someones license plate! This is completely unacceptable! They obviously do not check their equipment and act like it's your fault when THEY are neglecting their job. read more

Not impressed. They do not vacuum the inside of your vehicle, nor do they wipe it down after exiting the wash. Water spotting, especially in the hot sun can burn permanent marks on a car, and when I drove away from their wash my car still had water all over it. You can go just a mile or so on Route 3 south to YK Classic Wash, and for $3.00 more, get the inside vacuumed, the exterior wiped down, and the windows thoroughly cleaned. I understand that this place has free vacuums available, but why am I doing it? I'm paying to have my car cleaned, not paying for ME to clean it! read more

I've been passing this car wash for months and kept saying "I'm going to stop there one of these days". And a few days ago on my off day I finally made it! I got the $21 extreme wash. Firstly I was impressed I didn't have to try too hard to reach the kiosk to make my payment. There was an attendant standing there. There was also an attendant standing in the actual tunnel making sure you are properly driving your car onto the belt and making sure you remember to put your car in neutral. When you exit the wash and pull into the vacuum area, the attendants help you wipe your car completely dry. I paid $5 for unlimited towels everytime I visit. So I own towel and on my next visit they will give me another fresh clean and dry towel. The only thing I would suggest is having 1 monthly price where you can bounce between the $9 and $15 unlimited washes. Because sometimes my time is slim and I want a quick wash. When I revisit, I am going to pay for the monthly plan until weather gets way better than 60 degree days. read more

Extremely happy with my service at Showroom Shine. Most car washes you pay a high fee to have your car go through a wash and have their employees clean the inside of your vehicle, just to be unhappy with their quick job and your car still dirty on the inside. I love that I can stay in my car while I get my car washed and I can vacuum the inside for FREE and clean it way I like it to be cleaned for a cheap price. For such a reasonable price, I couldn't not sign up for a monthly membership! Best part about it is that the lines are never extremely long, so I never pass it thinking i'll come back when I have more time. I am 100% getting my moneys worth out of my membership. Cant forget to mention the customer service you receive here! Owners are always walking around asking how your service was and making sure you were satisfied. Visited Showroom Shine for the first time recently. At first I was thinking, just what we need another car wash on Rt. 3., but I was intrigued upon seeing the Free Vacuum signage, so I figured I'd give it a shot. Upon realizing it was an express car wash, I assumed it was going to be another run of the mill "gas station" style car wash, but I couldn't have been more WRONG! I have never seen my car look so good, without having paid for professional detailing...I'm still blown away. And as the sign said, pulled right into one of their vacuum stations and didn't pay a cent to use it.
