Mike and William came out to install my double oven via a Home Depot contract. While it was a little difficult getting a hold of Mike, it worked out and he was here within the 48 hour return window that Home Depot gives. Mike needs to give out his cell phone number and then we would not have had any issues! Mike and William were professional. They worked around a few problems fitting the new double oven in the old cabinet. They got the oven in with no big issues in a timely manner. They cleaned up after themselves and left us happy! This is the installer for Home Depot out of Louisville. I needed a double oven installed and a stove top. Michael from Showtime showed up on Nov 3rd 2022 and took some measurements of the oven and the opening. He claimed it would not fit after a hurried couple of measures and left with instructions of what he wanted done to my new cabinet to make it fit. I called the cabinet installer to come back and do the required changes that were completed on Nov 6th, 2022. ( The cabinet installer insisted that he had the correct measurements for the oven to fit ) Since then I have been ghosted by Showtime. Home Depot has called him 3 times to please contact me to set up an install date, to no avail. Home Depot gave me their number and I have left a very nice message also, and no response. Today's date is Nov 19, 2022. My family is coming for Thanksgiving and I do not have an oven or a stovetop. I have paid over 250.00 to Home Depot for Measurements and now find out from Home Depot that Showtime will want 250.00 for actual install and 200.00 to install the stove top on top of the 250.00 that I have already paid, and that price was just for measurements. Since I have not had the courtesy of any communication from Showtime I will be asking Home Depot for ALL my money back. I will advise at a later date how this went. I had a very poor experience with this company I tried to problem solve with the owner whom politely told me he "would check on it and call back ". He never called. I followed up with 2 more calls to the office and still no follow up. I was referred to Showtime Appliance by Home Depot . I notified both the Appliance Department and the Store Manager of Showtime's poor customer service. I RARELY complain . This is NOT an reliable or ethical company . read more

Terrible service. We paid $200 to install stacked LG washer dryer through referral from Home Depot where it was purchased. They did not connect dryer vent. We cannot use the dryer and they do not return calls. After 2 months of trying to contact them. Their answering machine says they only have skeleton crew but we have let them know this is a priority, they have not returned the dozens of calls. Shame on Home Depot for referring us to them. We will contact HOME DEPOT Corporate to get them to stoop the referring and the BBB and all other web sites we can find to get the word out. read more

Buyer beware!!! This company came to my home to install a microwave for Home Depot. They arrived and told me they would give me a quote to install. I explained that I had already paid Home Depot. He told me if I didn't pay today he would not install. He stormed out of my home and was very rude. I would never recommend this company. I called Home Depot and they took care of me. Showtime (the installer) didn't show up on their scheduled date, with no phone call or answer from them when I tried to call them that day or the two business days after that. The next two days I called Home Depot with no resolution or call backs after explaining my problem, and finally had to speak to the manager the next day to get a new install date. Employees know this is a huge issue, to the point of them trying to use different phone numbers to get Showtime to answer calls, yet Home Depot still uses them. In summary, after multiple calls and a trip to the store and more calls, I finally got my oven installed two weeks after the initial date. read more

My real rating is a zero 0 but it will not let me do that. I was supposed to use this company as an exclusive installer for Home Depot appliances. I have left messages repeatedly over two weeks and never spoke to a person nor was ever called back. Home Depot could not even get them to answer. Finally Home Depot called me and said that Michael, the owner, would call me that day and set up an appointment. Michael never has called me and I have referred back to Home Depot. I am not even sure the company is operating. I would not even call it a lack of customer service. There is no service. Nothing! nada! I would strongly urge anyone to avoid the frustration of dealing with this outfit. I am lobbying Home Depot to drop the outfit as an appliance installer or find a company that is functioning on some level. What a joke! read more

We obtained the contact information for this company from Home Depot. This is the company they use. I spoke with Tracie to set up the appointment. Very nice. Three guys came over, as schedule, to do the initial assessment for installment of my double-wall ovens. They said they didn't have the right equipment to do the job right then. I made an appointment for the following week. Tracie told me she would call the day before to tell me the range of time within which they would arrive. She didn't call the day before. I called them approximately seven times that Friday (the day of the appointment). I left two messages. No one ever showed or called back. read more

Showtime Appliance Installation installed my new over the cook top microwave and a new gas cook top, both purchased from Home Depot. The entire process went perfectly. Two people came over prior to delivery of the appliances to measure, determine the scope of the installation and provide me with an firm install cost. These guys really know what they are doing. Even a minor hiccup didn't slow them down or deter them (it would have been a major hiccup for me). The Showtime reps were polite, considerate and very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Showtime or to use them again. read more
