This was the best threading experience I have ever had. Thorough without pain, I left without any redness. I love when getting threaded and you can tell your being accurately checked if your brows are symmetrical, feel the thread go alongside your nose and almost across the eye the way your supposed to fill in with a brow pencil. Now I am still on the road to recovery from uneven threading but Jyothirami did the best she could and I will be returning so that my brows will regain their glory. Definitely a hidden gem !

I booked anyway. I liked my lashes but they began to fall out within a couple of days. When I went in for a refill she charged me full price and said it was 1 day longer than 2 weeks so it's considered a full set. Fine. I scheduled the next appointment within 2 weeks for lashes and eyebrow tinting, and the morning of my appointment, she cancelled...didn't offer another time or date at all. She simply cancelled! Ugh! I have an event tomorrow and I'm scrambling to try to find someone (anyone) who can do my lashes today. This is beyond annoying and completely unprofessional. Also, I got henna tattoos there when I got my brows done and the one on my chest was crooked. When I told her and showed her right after she finished, she kept babbling on and acted like she didn't know what I was saying. It was crooked. She seems like a nice lady and I can basically walk to her salon so it was extremely convenient. I have no plans to go back!
