My eyes felt droopy and heavy when I was watched TV. I kept seeing ghost shadows on my peripheral vision, which were just my eyelashes. I even got the shortest ones available but yet, they were all in my way! After getting the lashes installed onto my eyelids, I liked them at first but as the day went on, I didn't like them. It felt like heavy baseball caps on my eyelids. You can even see the black glue on the the rim of the lashes. I tried very hard to keep them on but on day 3, I used cleansing oil and rub rub rubbed all the lashes off. That's $25 down the drain... But I did see other patrons walk off happily with their lashes but this was just not for me. NOTES: Shop is located inside Walmart. You can hear customers going in and out of Walmart and the ding ding ding noise that kept going off at the entrance. read more

I've been coming here to get my brows done for about two years now. The only reason why i gave a two star rating is because i had a bad experience yesterday. Normally i would always get my brows threaded by Bharvi, (i think that's her name). I've never had a bad experience with her ever. All i ask is for a clean up, and the inner part of my brows i ask to not be touched at all. Never had any issues with Bharvi. Recently, there's new employees now, so Bharvi only works weekends now. I was impatient, and decided to take a risk with someone else, and a risk is what I took. The lady that messed my eyebrows up is RUBY. If you want to get your brows, or lashes, or anything done I suggest you avoid RUBY. The reason why I'm so upset is mainly because she did not listen to anything i asked her to do, and NOT to do. She did exactly what she wanted to do and that's why I'm pissed. I sat in RUBY's chair, i told her I'm GROWING MY BROWS OUT, so i just want a CLEAN UP. I also pointed to the inner part of my brows and told her please do NOT touch this area. She nodded her head in agreement. As she was threading my brows, I could feel her taking off more than what i asked for. So I asked her if I could look in the mirror. She told me to wait till she "fixes my brows some more." When she finished and i looked in the mirror, i was devastated. My eyebrows are now pencil thin, arched, and uneven. The part that i told her not to touch, she totally reshaped. I'm upset mainly because she didn't do anything that i asked her to do. A simple clean up.... How hard is that?! And the fact that i asked her to not touch a certain area of my brows and she ended up reshaping the part i told her to not touch at all is just very weird to me. I literally have a white line under both my brows because you can see where my eyebrow hairs used to be. You can totally see that she thinned my eyebrows after I told her I'm growing them out and i just want a clean up. She was accommodating afterwards, although she never apologized. I just don't believe people who cannot follow instructions... simple instruction to the point where i say not to touch something and they do what they wanna do is unacceptable. I don't believe people like that should work in an occupation like this. And then to not let me look in the mirror as she was working on my brows is just not acceptable. I even told her that if she allowed me to look in the mirror, this probably wouldn't have happened. Im Mostly stunned that the inner parts of my brows that i told her to not touch are now thin, and reshaped very awkwardly. I repeat, if anyone goes there, ask whoever is working at the time their name. If RUBY is there, i would avoid getting anything done by her. read more
