It was going to take a literal miracle to fix. Bianca assessed my situation and was able to map out what areas would best be suited to fix my brows. I told her she should hire some staff since i've never seen anyone else work here beside her, and she replied saying she doesn't trust helpers. I have been to this salon a handful of times and have never seen anyone beside myself. I had also called beforehand and asked for her availability and she said she's available the same day, so it's not like I showed up unannounced. On the phone I had asked her the price and had confirmed it before she started. When she was done with the treatment, and I went to pay for my har oil treatment plus hair wash and blowout.. she had doubled the price and said it's because she included a hard water treatment serum when washing my hair. She never asked me, nor did she suggest it. She did it on her own and expected me to pay double the amount that was agreed upon. No wonder her salon is always empty.

Sharan's was first or second on my list, and since it was on my way home, I decided to check them out. They were easy to find, and as soon as I walked in, someone greeted me and had me sit down. It was around 5 p.m., so the evening rush had not started yet. Once I was seated, Yasleen came over and asked if I was getting a cleanup. I told her that was all I needed, and she got started. The service was quick and NOT painful, which was great! I really appreciated how efficient she was. I was in and out within 10 minutes and thankfully missed the evening rush. As soon as I walked out, they were already getting busy. Overall, I was really happy with the quick and easy service and would definitely come back.

Parking is super easy, lots of spaces available and even next to several other businesses it was plentiful. The front desk itself is small but so gorgeous and well decorated! Everything is insanely clean and welcoming. The service itself was so wonderful, Rinkal preformed the services on me and she was so very delightful. My Brazilian didn't even really hurt, yeah some areas were ouch but barely felt it. She made suggestions for other places to wax but wasn't mean or negative about it I felt she had my genuine interest in mind. They have amazing deals! Both on Instagram as well as some bundles in the office. There's also some products for sale that were sampled during my service so it made me more confident when buying.
