I finally worked up the courage to step into Raj's salon based on the reviews I read. I waited for Raj to finish her client, I asked for a simple clean up and let her know my left brow is always raised higher than my right one, hoping she can find a way to keep them even. She was so fast, quick and painless, and made my brows look more balanced. I will definitely be coming back. Being that this was my 4th time I thought Renu knew how I liked my eyebrows, just cleaned up but today she chose to thin out my eyebrows and now they are 2 different shapes. After telling her I didn't like them she kept telling me I had no hair in the beginning of my brows that's why she had to follow that but I told her I had hair there. I told her I did not like my brows and she kept telling me to use castor oil. So now I'm having to use another product to help them grow out again ? After I've been growing out my eyebrows already ? I usually go to Kate or Nikki, but I've also had my nails done by Betty and Amy as well. You can tell that everyone here is very thorough and don't rush and my sets last for a long time and personally, I've never experienced any nails breaking or have been dissatisfied with the service or results. I also love that I don't feel pressured for a certain service or style like I have at other salons and they've even recommended certain colors or add-ons to enhance the vision I'm going for - whether it be a slightly different color to prevent fading or a color that might pop better against my skin. I'm not usually a design girly but here I feel like I can trust Kate and Nikki to try something different that maybe I don't have a specific vision for. I'm not one for super long nails either but the short almond suits my nail beds really well and because of how the staff does my nails, I feel like it isn't bothersome until I need to get a new set. The aesthetic of the salon is super clean and bright, making it feel relaxing and luxurious at the same time. I also feel like the price is pretty reasonable compared to what I've heard other salons charging. Since I started going here I have not regretted it and definitely recommend.
